Okay so I'm guessing many of you have been wondering where I am and If I have dropped the fic.
The answer is No, I have not and I have plans to update this fic very soon so stay tuned.
But I do owe you an explanation for where I have been.
My father died.
There is no easy way to put that for myself or for you to read, maybe.
Losing a parent is unlike anything I have or probably ever will experience. And for a while I kept writing. Not this story mind you but several different itterations of fics that I one day wanted to write. Like a fic called adolla about a guy in marvel with fire force powers, Spiral which is a guy in marvel with two stands that com from a mysterious power source he doesn't understand yet, A fic about a guy in marvel with an ultrakill system.
And my magnum opus Angel.
I WILL be posting that story later, but for until a little while I just kept bouncing between stories, because I told my dad that I wanted to try writing and that I think I would like it, and I kept this writing secret because I was embarassed of it and writing fanfics even though it wasn't anything weird and I just wanted to make fun stories that others could enjoy like I enjoyed them.
But I never got to tell him, and he died never knowing that I was pursuing my passion, and thinking I was afraid of life.
So to be completely honest I've been wallowing in my own sorrows over him, and my regrets with him and the life I could have shared with him and the worlds and stories I've created.
But he won't ever know anymore.
and that is my true greatest shame.
I've decided to put both force and jackpot on hiatus for now to focus on Angel and Quake. I have 5 8k word chapters of angel ready to post in the near future but I've been a little scared to post it so if you guys want to read that then let me know and I'll post it, but its bassically a guy in marvel with choujin powers.
I know I've been obsessed with marvel as of late.
It's really fun to write because I just decided to put balls to the walls and write whatever the fuck I wanted to without worring about what others thought about plot direction at all, and there's a lot of "lucky" moments and "unlucky how the fuck is this happening right now?" moments both planned and already in those 5 chapters but its all connected to the thematics of the character and book.
And if your wondering who the love interest is for that let me know and I'll post the fic but there will be multiple partners because of who those partners are and the fact that they are cannonically Bi-sexual, and the fact that it does actually fit the story cuz I'm like that when it comes to writing Lmao.
Im js kidding I think I'm above average, but not much better lmao.
So I'm not dead I'll update this in the next week if everything goes to plan and if not...
yall have waited long enough so it'll go write dw.
