Marcus stepped to his right and caught Raum's blade-turning arm the moment it took a full swing.
He held it, coating Raum's whole arm with his aura, and kicked to the side of his ribcage.
Raum skidded on the ground and came to a halt a little away from both of them.
The movement of Marcus was swift; they didn't carry any murderous intent, nor was it backed by power. It was a casual psychological trick of diversion, and Raum fell for it.
"Can you create that barrier once again?" Marcus asked Janus.
