Naruto had originally mapped out a far more convoluted set of excuses. He had planned to "casually" mention recurring nightmares of a fierce, crimson fox pacing behind a cage—a psychological breadcrumb trail designed to make the Sandaime suspect the seal was fraying. From there, he would have nudged the old man toward providing the necessary instruction to "safeguard" the village.

However, reality had bypassed his expectations with startling efficiency.

The Sandaime had not only revealed the truth of the Jinchuriki status but had proactively handed over the "Hero Narrative." By framing Naruto's existence as a noble sacrifice, the old man had inadvertently accelerated Naruto's timeline. The performance—a masterful blend of a child's vulnerability and a martyr's resolve—had struck the Sandaime's sentimental core with the force of a landslide.

Thus, with almost no resistance, Naruto returned home clutching a scroll of immense strategic value.

He unfurled it immediately, his eyes scanning the contents with clinical hunger. The initial sections covered the basics: the One-String Light Formation and the Fire Sealing Technique. While these were solid B-rank foundations, they were mere child's play compared to what followed.

As he scrolled further, his breath hitched. The Four Symbols Seal, the Five Elements Seal, and the Eight Trigrams Style—the very architecture of his own imprisonment—were laid bare. But that wasn't all. He found the Four Red Yang Formation, a barrier of such caliber it required four Hokage-level shinobi to maintain.

And then, at the very end: the Four Symbols Sealing Technique, the Reaper Death Seal (Shiki Fūjin), and... the Gracious Gates of Shinto (Myōjinmon)?

The old man... he actually gave me these?

Naruto felt a chill that had nothing to do with the winter air. Of these three, two were S-rank forbidden arts meant for mutual destruction. The third, the Myōjinmon, was a legendary technique capable of suppressing even the Ten-Tails. This wasn't an introductory textbook; this was the crown jewel of Konoha's sealing archives.

"Naruto... is that the Myōjinmon?"

In the Sealing Space, Kurama's massive frame had gone rigid. His crimson eyes were blown wide with an old, deep-seated terror. The psychological trauma left by the previous users of those gates—men like Hashirama Senju—was etched into his very essence.

Naruto's consciousness dived into the damp chamber. He looked at the Fox, his own expression one of stunned disbelief. "Kurama, I'm starting to think the Sandaime made a massive mistake. Did he accidentally hand me the Master Scroll of Sealing instead of the beginner's guide?"

The Fox recovered his composure with a sharp scoff, his voice returning to its habitual arrogance. "Hmph. Why waste your breath on worry? It matters not. This great one has already committed every stroke of that scroll to memory."

"Wait, what?" Naruto blinked.

Kurama flicked a massive tail, looking down at Naruto as if he were a slow-witted pupil. "I am the Nine-Tails. I have existed for a millennium. Do you truly think a photographic memory is beyond me? You could burn that paper now, and the knowledge would remain imprinting in my mind."

Naruto narrowed his eyes, a playful, provocative spark entering his gaze. "I don't believe you. You're just talking big. If you've really memorized it, recite the 'One-String Light' section. Right now."

Kurama's fur bristled, and he bared his gleaming fangs in an indignant snarl. "You dare doubt me, brat? I remember every word the Six Paths Old Man whispered when he divided his chakra to create us!"

Naruto simply stared. The "Stare of Truth."

The Fox's imposing aura deflated like a punctured lung. He sullenly lay back down in the water, his voice dropping several octaves. "But... I don't know how to read. Why would a god-beast bother with those convoluted human scribbles?"

He huffed, avoiding Naruto's eyes. "I've imprinted the images—the symbols, the runes—exactly as they are. Not a line is out of place. But I cannot... I cannot translate them into your speech."

The silence that followed was thick and awkward.

A thousand-year-old entity, a living catastrophe with the memory of an eternal sage—and he was illiterate. It wasn't entirely his fault; the Sage of Six Paths hadn't exactly left behind a primary school curriculum before he died, and for the rest of his life, humans had only ever tried to seal Kurama, not teach him.

However, Naruto didn't mock him. Instead, a warm, brilliant smile spread across his face—a smile that held no shadow of the "Underworld" persona.

"Then," Naruto said, his tone light and sincere, "I'll teach you."

The invitation rippled through the Sealing Space. It wasn't an act of charity or a command for a tool. It was a simple offer of partnership. Look, there is beauty in these symbols; let me show you how to see it.

"No way!" Kurama barked, immediately turning his head away to present Naruto with the back of his massive ears. "Absolutely not!"

Naruto didn't budge. He knew the Fox's tsundere nature better than anyone. He simply stood there, watching the disgruntled red back with patient amusement.

A long minute passed. Kurama shifted slightly, peeking out of the corner of one giant eye, only to find Naruto still standing there with that same, unshakable smile.

"Fine! Fine!" the Fox roared, turning back with an exaggerated look of annoyance. "You are insufferable! Understand this: I am not 'learning' your pathetic human script. I am merely giving you 'face' because you requested it so pathetically. Do you understand?"

"I understand perfectly," Naruto nodded solemnly. "Thank you, Lord Kurama, for granting me such immense face."

"Hmph!" Kurama gave a satisfied huff, though his nine tails began to sway with a rhythmic, subconscious gentleness. He shifted the subject, his voice regaining its gravity. "Teach me when you have a spare moment. For now, your priority is to master that scroll. We need to own this Sealing Space, Naruto. Completely."
