"What are they doing?" Severine said, glaring at the academy notice on her tablet screen.
She was sitting on a carpet, back resting on the bean bag Killian was occupying.
She showed him the screen, grunting in displeasure.
The dean wanted her to give a speech in front of the entire academy after her early graduation.
However, that wasn't what truly irked her. It was the attached message from the Department of Physical Education. They wanted Alina Hart to return to the academy to resume her classes as soon as possible.
"First, they threatened to rusticate her without giving any proper reason. Now, they are saying it was a mistake on their part," Severine scoffed, scrolling through the formal, overly apologetic text. "They are even willing to pay her three million as compensation."
As for why the administration had contacted her directly, the reason was clear—Alina hadn't been answering any of their calls.
