Johann was sitting on the plains of the Primordial Plane, wearing his shabby jacket and jeans. His left chin was bandaged. He looked younger. In front of him were a console and TV. He was playing The Mayhem.
Johann paused the game when he sensed someone approaching him. He stood up and turned around. He was utterly shocked.
David was walking toward him through the door. They faced each other.
"Why? Didn't you like your story, David?"
"I exist because of you, Johann."
Johann's expression did not change, as though he was facing something he could no longer explain...
A confused person who had been confused ever since the very beginning of his story.

Only the two of them remained in the Primordial Plane.
David sat upon the barren ground, while Johann sat on his lap.
"What... What should I do... to know what your true desire is?" Johann asked.
"Nothing." David answered.
Tears streamed down Johann's face, and he finally broke into sobs. He began striking David's armored chest over and over.
David simply looked at him without any expression.

After countless time had passed, Johann's crying finally subsided into quiet sobs.
David stood up and helped him to his feet as well.
"Let's leave this place, Johann."
He nodded weakly, still sobbing.
David took Johann's right hand.
Together, they walked forward until gray mist surrounded them, and they could no longer be seen.
