Under normal circumstances, the probability of a Magikarp successfully evolving into a Gyarados was perhaps one in ten thousand!
In other words, among ten thousand Magikarp—or even one hundred thousand Magikarp—only a single king might appear and successfully evolve into a Gyarados!
