Chapter 75 -  A Human-Shaped Cheat — Klee

After successfully receiving the Angel Alliance, Bronya had completely upgraded her setup.

It was a full-on transformation—from a sparrow gun to a cannon.

With her forces reinforced, she once again led her army straight toward the Genshin side.

On the other side, Hu Tao was doing the same—dragging Paimon along as she resumed her ruthless slaughter of the Honkai players.

For a time, the battlefield descended into utter chaos.

[Attention: Player Sushang has been eliminated by Hu Tao.]

[Attention: Player Yun Jin has been eliminated by Bronya.]

[Attention: Player Guinaifen has been eliminated by Hu Tao.]

[Attention: Player Clorinde has been eliminated by Bronya.]

[Attention: …]

Elimination notices kept popping up nonstop.

You kill one of my teammates—

I'll kill one of yours in return.

The real victims, however, were the ordinary players on both sides.

Why should we suffer just because two gods decided to fight?

Can't you two just pick a spot and duel it out properly?!

Watching the elimination feed scroll by, Valerius nearly laughed himself silly.

These two were seriously locked onto each other now.

With a flick of his hand, he turned off the livestream and headed back to his private room.

Inside, a small guest was already waiting.

Looking at the little figure dressed in red, Valerius reached out and gently rubbed her head.

"Little Klee, here to buy some treasures?"

"Brother Valerius, what do you have here?"

That single "Brother Valerius" made him feel instantly at ease.

Without hesitation, he opened the shop interface.

"Take your time and look, Little Klee."

Klee's big eyes immediately locked onto the list.

Holy Dragon: 10 for 1 point

Crystal Dragon: 15 for 1 point

Poison Dragon: 30 for 1 point

Blade of Doom: Grants the spell Armageddon, allies unaffected

Cursed Armor (Combination Artifact): Applies negative status effects to enemies before battle

Titan's Thunder (Combination Artifact): Grants Tier-5 magic Titan's Lightning — 6 points

Cornucopia (Combination Artifact): All rare resources +1 per day — 4 points

Dragon King's Might (Combination Artifact): All troops immune to Tier 1–4 magic — 6 points

Item after item passed before her eyes.

Klee felt dizzy.

They all looked amazing.

She wanted everything.

But she only had 10 points.

Not even close to enough.

"Um… Klee wants to ask Acting Grand Master Jean first.

Brother Valerius, can you wait a little?"

"Of course," Valerius said with a smile, then gently reminded her,

"You can stay here for ten minutes, Little Klee."

"Mhm! Klee knows!"

She nodded seriously and immediately opened the chat.

[Klee]: Acting Grand Master Jean, Klee is at Brother Valerius's place! What should Klee buy?

[Lisa]: !!!!!

[Kaeya]: Klee~~~ You actually found Valerius?!

[Jean]: Klee, can you tell us what's available?

Instantly, everyone perked up.

They were getting completely overwhelmed by Bronya right now—

if they could get some powerful artifacts, it might turn things around.

[Klee]: Umm~~~ There's a lot…

Klee frowned, struggling to explain.

In the end, she simply took a screenshot and sent it over.

[Hu Tao]: Whoa—so many! Buy the Cursed Armor! I've got a feeling this thing was made just for me.

[Zhongli]: You can ignore creatures.

Cursed Armor and Blade of Doom are both solid choices—worth prioritizing.

[Hu Tao]: Prioritize my foot. Just listen to me—Cursed Armor.

Hu Tao had fallen for it at first glance.

For some reason, she felt an inexplicable sense of compatibility with it.

[Raiden Ei]: The stats on Cursed Armor are kind of bad, though.

Blade of Doom, Titan's Thunder, or Dragon King's Might would all be better.

Raiden Ei voiced a different opinion.

The raw attack and defense bonuses were too low—

a few debuffs didn't seem worth it.

[Yae Miko]: I think Cursed Armor is excellent.

It's perfect for suppressing enemy states.

[Raiden Ei]: What do you mean by that?

She didn't get it.

Why did that pink fox never support her?

[Nahida]: I agree. Among all options, Cursed Armor is the optimal choice.

[Furina]: Then let's just buy it.

Furina didn't care either way.

No matter how good it was, it wouldn't end up in her hands anyway.

[Xiangling]: Wait… those are points! We're just spending them like that?

[Rosaria]: Yeah, shouldn't we save them for draws?

[Diluc]: If we don't buy these, we might not be able to beat them at all.

Bronya was already on a rampage—they had no way to stop her.

And from the survivors' reports, Bronya had clearly obtained something outrageous.

Before every battle, golden light descended, her troops moved insanely fast,

and her core stats were all in the 30s.

That didn't happen without artifacts.

[Zhongli]: We must buy it. Otherwise, we likely won't win.

[Venti]: I think so too~

[Klee]: Th-Then… Klee will buy it!

Seeing everyone agree, Klee prepared to make the purchase.

She didn't fully understand anyway—

if everyone said to buy it, then buy it.

"Brother Valerius, Klee wants this Cursed Armor."

"Alright."

After deducting 6 points, Valerius handed the artifacts to Klee.

Noticing that she put them straight into her inventory instead of equipping them, he paused.

"Klee, you're not going to try it on?"

"Mm~ It doesn't fit anymore…"

She looked troubled.

She did want to try it, but she was already wearing gear—and she didn't want to take off any of it.

"Let me take a look."

Valerius opened her status panel.

One glance—

His vision nearly went black.

"…This is ridiculous."

If Hu Tao and Bronya were strong because of sheer troop numbers,

then Klee's strength came from artifacts.

On her head: Wizard's Hat — allows use of all Tier-5 magic.

In Heroes-style systems, what was the most disgusting, most broken thing?

Tier-5 Air Magic: Dimension Door.

With that spell, mountains and rivers ceased to matter.

Anywhere was reachable.

Pick up treasures, leave instantly.

Monsters couldn't even guard them properly.

Pure nonsense.

Even worse—

Valerius discovered that Klee already had most components of the Angel Alliance on her.

He could only sigh in awe at her luck.

The Honkai side had to buy it from him—

and Klee had casually assembled most of it herself.

Then his gaze shifted to her backpack.

A familiar item caught his eye.

"…My god."

Valerius froze.

Cloak of the Undead King.

Once equipped, Necromancy no longer raised skeletons—

It raised Liches.

Tier-5.

Ranged.

Area damage.

Exploding screens.

This item was so balance-breaking that Valerius had never put it up for sale.

If it ever appeared, Hu Tao would become unstoppable.

And yet—

Klee had assembled it anyway.

Even if only from fragments.

At that moment, Valerius had only one thought he wanted to shout at the Honkai players:

"Run. Just run. There's a human-shaped cheat code here."
