-Bang!
-Bang!
-Bang!
Waking up to the sound of the washroom door being knocked, I jerked awake, my eyes opened as I looked around me.
It's not a dream, huh? I mumbled.
-Bang!
-Bang!
-Bang!
Each time the door was heavily struck, I felt my breath slowing. I felt like it was all over.
Wait! Time!
There was no time mentioned anymore, instead…
[Congratulations! You have survived for 4 hours!]

'...' with a blank mind, I saw the status in front of me. My eyes then scanned through everything one at a time, trying to understand what was in front of me. There were a lot of things to consider, but given my situation, I focused on things that I could use here.
First, stats should reflect my body's condition, and since I can't do anything about it right now, let's come back to them later.
Then comes the skills and skill points.
[Skills: Locked*

I tried opening the skill tab, hoping to find a way to unlock them, wondering if I could get something out of it but
[Skills: Locked]
[Skills tab will be unlocked at Level 5.]
[Skill Points: 0]
Wasting no time, I moved to the store next, but it was the same story
[Store: Locked]
[Store tab will be unlocked at Level 10. ]
I then excluded everything that was locked and focused on what was unlocked, which brought me to

The background music was somewhat easier to get used to now. Even though it made my heart jump a couple of times, it was better than the first few times I heard it. I turned back to the system in front of me.
[Status: Dying (You have 12 days left to live.) (All stats will be reduced by 1 every 4 days.)]
It wasn't motivating at all.
So much for the 30 days… haha… I laughed in a bit of self-misery.
At this point, yeeting myself was one of the thoughts I had. The number of cards I had in my hand was almost none. And even if I survived this mess, I did not know if I would be alive two weeks later. But then again, recalling my family, I could only push myself back up and reach towards the basin.
"Let's do what I can," I mumbled before beginning to drink water from the tap. Partially because I was thirsty, partially because of the system's rewards.
My blue eyes landed on the mirror, on my messed up black hair, and on the tired look on my face. It was drastically different from how I was just two days ago, making me realise just how much a person can change in a couple of days.
Let's focus on finishing the quest first.
Looking at the system, and that level-up feature, I knew that my only chance to get out of this mess was to use the system and hopefully get something out of it that would help me break out of this situation.
I continued drinking one gulp at a time. The water felt cool as it went down.
[524/2000ml]
[1241/2000ml]
[2000/2000ml]
[Daily Quest: Drink 2 Litres of water complete!]
[+25 Exp Recieved!]
With that done, I was ready to walk around the area, but…
-Bang!
-Bang!
-Crack!
The door began creaking.
"You are kidding me, right?" I questioned as the color washed off my face. I fully believed that the door should have been able to last for quiet sometime before it broke. But..
-Bang!
-Bang!
-Crack!
It began breaking far faster than I could have imagined. A few cracks, then a bulge slightly above the center.
-Thrust!
That bulge then cracked more, mostly near the handle…
-Thud!
-BAM!
And then it was forced open as the door partially broke, and was pushed around the edge before it hit the wall and stopped.
-Grrr!
The zombie, a familiar nurse, now stood against me at the door while I just stared at her blankly.
"H…. Hi?"
