Chapter 221 - Chapter 221 Add-on Pack, Eastern Divine Dragon?

Murmuring the name of this new dragon, the Blonde Elder's expression grew complex.

The good news was that Galen Yu wasn't so godlike that he could create new dragon species on a whim.

The bad news was that this was even worse than creating a new species!

At least a new species would have strength issues; its power would be unknown, and it might even turn out weaker than a normal dragon.

But they had already witnessed the strength of hybrid dragons; they were undeniably powerful.

"You guys have only seen high-level dragons, but God Yu actually owns one!"

"Does seeing one equal owning one? What do you have to say now?"

"Mark only surrendered to an ordinary Fire Dragon, and now an even stronger Thunder-light Dragon is already Galen Yu's mount..."

"It's over. I'm looking forward to them clashing even more now!"

"Even with the Dragon Mother's help, can he really keep up with God Yu's development?"

"At this rate, I bet he could even slaughter the Dragon Mother. Her help is worth nothing!"

Watching the bullet chat, the Blonde Elder was left speechless.

When they first entered the Dragon Realm, he was wondering when someone would get a high-level dragon like this, and in the blink of an eye, one had appeared on Galen Yu's chunk.

The speed of his progress was truly unexpected!

"It's fine. Mark has only just entered the Dragon Realm, after all. He's not familiar with how things work yet."

"Once he has his own dragons, he'll definitely think of cross-breeding them to produce high-level hybrids!"

"We still have the advantage in numbers. There are plenty of cases of latecomers overtaking the lead!"

Until the very last moment, there was still a chance!

After all, the dust hadn't settled yet; who knew who the final winner would be!

While he pondered how to help Mark most effectively, back on the Sky Island...

Galen Yu had just returned from a flight around the area on the Thunder-light Dragon.

Suddenly, he saw the Dragon Palace glowing in the distance as a beam of laser-like light shot into the sky.

[SYSTEM: Your minion, the Architect, has shared an add-on pack mod with you.]

[SYSTEM: Ice and Fire: Eastern Divine Dragon!]

An Eastern Dragon add-on pack for Ice and Fire!

Galen Yu's eyes lit up, and he nearly cried out in excitement.

It was true that the dragon species in Ice and Fire were strong, but they were all Western Dragons—essentially giant lizards.

In his heart, only the Eastern Dragons of his heritage could truly be called dragons!

"Now that the Dragon Palace has appeared, how could there not be an Eastern Divine Dragon!"

Now this felt right.

He chose to accept the add-on pack. The soaring laser beam and the strange phenomena gradually faded.

Aside from a few bolts of lightning striking from the sky, no other anomalies occurred.

"Why did it suddenly start thundering?"

"Is the Thunder-light Dragon doing that? Can it even summon wind and rain?"

"Is the hybrid dragon so powerful that it can trigger changes in the Dragon Palace?"

"With this dragon, who could possibly stand against us!"

"Let's breed a few more and go challenge the Dragon Mother!"

"Yeah, a duel! The Dragon Mother vs. all of us!"

Because of the Thunder-light Dragon's presence, the viewers didn't pay much attention to the anomalies.

They all assumed it was a side effect of the high-level dragon's appearance and were already dreaming of building a dragon army.

However, those with keen eyes noticed that breeding hybrid dragons wasn't easy; out of so many dragons, there had only been one egg.

And that was even with the luck attribute active. Building a hybrid dragon army wasn't something that could be done overnight.

It would take a significant amount of time to raise them.

Looking at the clear, sunny sky, Galen Yu felt a sense of regret.

To unlock the Eastern Dragon add-on, one first needed to encounter an Eastern Flood Dragon undergoing its tribulation.

That was only possible on rainy days; there was no hope for it in this clear weather.

'There will be opportunities later,' he thought, turning his gaze toward the Thunder-light Dragon.

"The strongest hybrid dragon has arrived. Next, we can challenge the Dread Realm."

The Dread Queen was also one of his targets.

As for how to get to the Dread Realm, he needed to make another trip to the Ice and Fire world.

He took out the Dragon Whistle Horn, brought along the Ice Dragon King, the Thunder-light Dragon, and the Bone Dragon, and called for the Wandering Mage.

They used a Warp Stone to head back.

At the exact moment they left, the Black Mage on the wooden boat suddenly frowned.

"What's that smell? It shouldn't be... or am I just too tired and my senses are playing tricks on me?"

After a moment's thought, the Black Mage lowered his head and sighed again.

"Sigh, I wonder when I'll be able to make that esteemed individual happy enough to let me off this boat."

"Even without me, that esteemed individual should be able to clear the Dread Realm easily, right?"

He sighed mournfully, his face filled with sorrow.

What neither the mage nor the audience knew was that, high in the sky...

A faint, translucent figure had appeared. It avoided the Black Mage's line of sight and looked down with lingering fear.

"How can there still be something like this in Galen Yu's chunk? It's terrifying!"

If Kira Oakmoor could see the face of this translucent figure, she would be overjoyed.

It was the player who had been instantly killed by the Fire Dragon—Ronan Mountwell!

He wasn't dead—or rather, he was dead, but not completely.

[SYSTEM: Ghost—Ronan Mountwell]

He had lost his rights as a player, including the ability to craft, and had become a mindless undead wandering the wilderness.

He could only perform weak attacks; his situation was no better than that of an ordinary zombie.

Of course, the advantage he had over a zombie was his spirit body, allowing him to fly and drift freely, and even pass through chunks for short periods.

However, having lost the right to return and becoming one with the Block World, Ronan Mountwell's current state wasn't exactly ideal.

'The ghosts of the Block World are different from the ones in my memory; they can be seen and even interact with people.'

Realizing this, a plan formed in Ronan Mountwell's mind.

Though he didn't know why he hadn't dissipated upon death like the other players and instead became a ghost with his consciousness intact...

He could use this ability to help Kira Oakmoor return and scout out Galen Yu's chunk!

"For Bushido!"

Floating in the sky, he looked down at the Sky Island chunk once more.

Upon returning to the Ice and Fire world, Galen Yu immediately checked his surroundings.

"There are lingering traces of fire and frost elements here."

Everywhere he looked, he saw ground covered in ice shards and scorched earth.

Likely, another dragon had come to deal with them but, unable to find anyone, vented its Dragon Breath before leaving.

This was good news for them.

At least no dragons would disturb them for a while, allowing them to search for the key to the Dread Realm in peace.

"To reach the Dread Realm, we must first find a Dread Mausoleum."

A Dread Mausoleum was a Dread Realm ruin in the overworld, extremely rare and typically found in cold biomes like glaciers, symbolizing terror and death.

When they were searching for the Ice Lily last time, they had found a cold biome. He flew back there using his firework rockets and Elytra.

Soon, Galen Yu spotted the mausoleum beneath the ice.

It was constructed from Dreadstone, Dreadbricks, and their variants.

The Dread Mausoleum was roughly a rectangular prism measuring 29x21x15 blocks, looking like a giant black stone coffin—eerie and terrifying.

Most importantly, the basic components of its structure were indestructible and couldn't be smashed by a dragon's charge.

Even using the Annihilation Cube had no effect, meaning he had to find another way to enter.

"The scent of death."

Frowning slightly, the Wandering Mage clearly disliked the place.

"Magic can't affect this place either. How are we supposed to get inside?"

Inside lay the most critical item for fighting the Dread Queen—the key to the Dread Realm itself.

"The Dread Liches might have the keys, but I prefer a different approach."
