Taehyung placed his large hands on my hips and pulled me down the horse before grabbing her rein and tying her to a big tree, giving me a moment to take in the breathtaking landscape around us.

"Oh my god it's beautiful here Taehyung" My eyes widened while spotting all the little houses that made a beautiful village. The sight filled me with a warmth I was craving for since the day I ended up in the castle, the missing feeling of home.
"Your taste is very questionable Darling but I assume that means you like it here" He smirked playfully while casually heading towards me after tying the horse to the grand tree.
I couldn't help but chuckle while admiring his lean and perfectly built body, his broad shoulders and the way his pants grabbed his muscular thighs. How the golden sun shone on his dark hair and tanned skin and his alluring dark eyes which made it hard for me too look away.
I have felt this man with every fiber of my body, with every breath and heartbeat but all of this was still feeling unreal. Every time my eyes fell on him, the world around me stopped and neither time nor the place mattered to me, all I could see was him and the brown chocolate eyes.
He was my salvation in both worlds.
I was staring at him with a smile on my lips as he walked over to be before he suddenly grabbed my hand and wrapped his long fingers around mine, carefully entwining our fingers.
When the warmth of his palm touched mine my heart started racing and I bit on my lower lip in embarrassment.
"Should I tell you a secret?" I asked him curiously before averting my eyes from our entwined hands to his flawless face as we started walking.
"That you are actually from 1619 and travelled 200 years in the future to meet me?" He teased me again, making me laugh while shaking my head in disbelief.

"You like teasing that much?" I glared at him as the corner of his lips went up.
"I would lie if I said I didn't" He licked over his lips while focusing on the road in front of us.
"Silly King, then I have to keep the secret to myself" I pouted while holding my laughter back, shifting my eyes to the breathtaking landscape around us.
Suddenly his thumb softly caressed the back of my hand, my heart skipped a beat and I felt a warm breeze on my skin as I looked down at his large hand around my petite one.

"Tell me" He said deeply before turning his head towards me and capturing my eyes intensely, my chest rose heavily when his eyes met mine. He is so breathtaking.
"This is called a date" I whispered to him shyly while his eyes took my breath away.
"Date? Is that the modern way to call this?" He pointed at our entwined hands and I shrugged while biting on my lips to hold back my smile.

"Then what do you call this?" He stopped walking before pulling me by our entwined hands against his body and giving me a sudden little peck on my lips.

The magical sounds of the landscape filled my ears, the birds singing, the babbling brock, crickets chirping and even the buzzing of mosquitoes made an unexplainable warmth rise in my body.
A few times I glanced over at Taehyung who had no expression shown on his face but when he felt my eyes on him, he started caressing the back of my hand with his thumb while walking in silence.
I still couldn't believe that I was holding the hand of a King, a ruler of two hundred years ago and the man who was ruling the rhythm of my heartbeat's with the same amount of authority while walking through a magical landscape with it's euphoric silence around us.

After a while a little cottage in front of a wide and grand forest came to our view, I curiously glanced over at Taehyung who was staring at the little cottage.
"All the answers to your questions are inside this little house, a place which reminds me more of a home than the castle ever did" He said deeply, as if he could openly read every thought of mine.
I placed my palm on his cheek, which made him frown a little bit but as soon as my thumb started caressing his soft and cold cheek, his gaze softened while breathing out.
"Thank you for trusting me Taehyung" I wasn't only talking about where he brought me today
but the way he accepted everything I have explained to him, he wasn't asking or judging me, he started believing my words and he showed it to me by bringing me here, a place that must be important to him.
His dark eyes locked with mine and the familiar warmth of his eyes radiated on my skin, was that the warmth Ara was talking about?
"TaeTae?" A sudden delicate voice sounded and made us break the eye contact as we quickly turned our heads to the the cottage in front of us, only to see a toddler running butt naked into Taehyung's arms.
My eyes widened at the sight in front of me and I couldn't help but laugh when he lifted her little body and hugged her tightly.
"My little Princess" He placed a kiss on her dark hair as she started giggling inside the crook of his neck. The sight of them warmed my heart as I was looking silently at them.
"Minji-ah I told you to stop running and put clothes on, it's getting cold-" An older woman stepped outside the doorway, her voice was shaking as if she was trying to catch her breath while her right hand was placed on a walking cane, supporting her body as she walked out of the cottage.

"Granny look TaeTae " Her eyes flicked open and a gasp left her parted lips when her gleamy eyes met Taehyung .
"T-Taehyung?" Her voice wasn't louder than a whisper, as if she was asking herself if he was real or not.
He nodded while caressing the long hair of the toddler in his arms, a sight which filled me with a warmth I couldn't get enough of. A sight you wouldn't easily see from a King like him but he was willing to show me that side, the side of the real Taehyung.
"I have returned" He answered simply, but from what I got to know from him, the same amount of pain was gleaming in his eyes, though his cold words were showing the opposite his dark chocolate eyes were like a window to his soul, they couldn't lie to you.
He slowly placed the toddler in his arms down, she eyed me curiously before smiling shyly at me and hide her blushed face behind her dark and long hair after Taehyung put her down.
Confused I lifted my head watching Taehyung slowly walking over to the older woman standing at her doorway.
"It's really my Taehyung" The shaking in her voice increased painfully while traveling her eyes over every single corner of his face.
He cupped her face with his large hands and placed a kiss on her head before pulling away and caressing her cheeks with his thumb.
My heart fell into my stomach as a tear escaped her eyes which Taehyung immediately wiped away.
"My Taehyung , it's my Taehyung" Her shaking hands caressed his dark hair down to his cheeks and to his shoulders while heavy tears streamed down her pale face.
