Hunter and Roy went to Hunter's mom's restaurant. Hunter's mom received both of them and they went to their usual spot and waited for food.
"I can't believe that she would be very shameless. Who breaks someone's heart and then says that it is a prank?"
"Asher does. "
"If you ever go back to her forget me as your best friend. "
"That shouldn't worry you. Why should I go back to her if I already have a beautiful and rich girlfriend."
"Asher tends to make you to become stupid. Do you know that?"
"No, she does not. "
"Yes. It seems like you have forgotten that you went and had that deadly race just because she had asked you to do. You are more of a simp. I just hope that Claire will keep you in line and ensure that you don't do stupid things because of a woman. She has to keep you away from that woman." Mrs. Stevens came in saying that as she placed food on the table before them.
"Exactly dude. Wake up and stay away from Asher. She will ensure that you die."
"If I ever hear about you being in a relationship with that girl, I swear I will disown you as my son. "
"Fine I won't get back together with her. "
"Ensure that you make Claire fall for you. She is much better. "
"I will try."
"Mrs. Stevens maybe you will be holding a grandson right now. "
Hunter elbowed him and shook his head.
"Why are you saying that?"
"You know for someone like Claire, once they fall for someone, then they would want to be responsible for that person and then they will get married and have kids."
"Yes. You boys have your meal and then do whatever you have to do."
Mrs. Stevens leaves afterwards. Roy had put a spoon of rice in his mouth when he was suddenly slapped.
"What's wrong? Why are you slapping me?" Roy said with food still in his mouth.
"Do you wat me to get killed? You know how my mom has warned both of us about sex before marriage. "
" I was just in the mood and forgot about it. "
"You were in the mood to scold me weren't you."
"I thought you said you did not eat before leaving your girlfriend's house. Let's eat first.
Ok. "
Both of them had their meal as they talked about other things. Once they were done, Roy left for his place.
Rodgers, Hunter's brother came by and found Hunter sitting there busy with his phone.
"Look who decided to come back. "
"Hi Rodgers."
"Mom told me you are living with a pretend girlfriend and that she is very beautiful. "
"Yes she is. "
"I will chase her after you're done with her. "
"No you won't. You are still in high school. Wait you finish school before you start thinking about having girlfriends or brewing someone's mommy sugar. I am leaving now. "
"Why are you leaving?"
"Your good son wants to start chasing Claire."
"Is what he is saying true?"
"Yes."
His ears were pinched until he felt pain.
"If I ever hear that I will ground you."
"Yes mom."
"Go and do your homework."
Rodgers left to go do his homework.
"I will be leaving too. I need to go and buy some groceries and things that we will be needing for our daily use. Bye."
Hunter then leaves.
