"Okay, we still have an hour before the spaceship takes off. I'll take you for another tour."
Susan naturally wouldn't refuse Wanda's small request.
Given Adam's current standing with Doom, as long as it didn't affect subsequent experiments, let alone a tour, even delaying the launch time wouldn't be an issue.
"Brother, Susan and I are going out for a walk. We'll be back in a bit."
Wanda, holding Susan's arm, said to Adam with a smile.
As a teenage girl who loved watching sitcoms and romance movies, and had studied dozens of romance guides, she knew best what to do when the person she liked liked someone else.
She must never show a negative attitude towards the person her crush liked in front of him.
The best approach was to make both the person she liked and the person he liked have a good impression and trust in her. This way, she could infiltrate their relationship, find weaknesses, and subtly sabotage their feelings without any backlash.
Using deceit to create misunderstandings between them was the least advisable method.
Because unless the misunderstanding lasted a lifetime, once it was resolved, it would only make their relationship stronger and more secure.
This was a common rebellious psychology.
It was like having a relationship in school; there was nothing to it, just the simple increase of hormones during puberty, a good feeling towards the opposite sex, and perhaps they would break up after a few months of arguing.
But if parents intervened forcefully and told them to break up, rebellious psychology would immediately kick in, and they would suddenly feel it was true love and refuse to separate.
"Alright, go ahead, go ahead. Doom, Dr. Reed, and I still have things to discuss."
Adam patted Wanda's head and nodded indulgently.

Hearing Wanda's compliment, Susan smiled, then sighed:
"Boyfriend? I don't know if I do."
She did have a boyfriend in name, and that was Doom, but she had no romantic feelings for Doom. She had only accepted Doom's pursuit after breaking up with Dr. Reed to spite him.
In reality, nothing had ever happened between her and Doom; besides work, at most they would just have meals together privately.
In her heart, she still couldn't forget Dr. Reed.
But that guy, Dr. Reed, after knowing she was with Doom, didn't even try to win her back and even offered his blessings, which disappointed her too much.
So she didn't know if she had a boyfriend now, or whether the boyfriend in her heart was Doom or Dr. Reed.
"That's great, so it's not a confirmed relationship yet!"
Wanda's eyes lit up upon hearing this. Susan's words, to her, meant that she hadn't confirmed her relationship with Adam yet, so she wasn't sure if he was her boyfriend.
In this situation, either Adam hadn't confessed, and they were still in the ambiguous stage, or he had confessed and been rejected, and Susan was in a period of hesitation.
Either way, she still had an opportunity.
"Susan, do you have someone you like, but you haven't decided whether to accept him yet?"
Wanda probed again.
Susan hesitated for a moment, then nodded:
"I don't know if I should. Sigh, he just has a somewhat abnormal personality. He's always engrossed in what he likes to do, even wishing he could do it twenty-four hours a day. He's also slow to emotions and doesn't understand romance.

But this was a date! Who goes on a date and eats separately?
Another time, on a date at a restaurant, the couple next to them was very sweet, and the man kept feeding his girlfriend ice cream. She hinted at Dr. Reed, wanting him to learn from the couple next door and feed her a couple of times.
But Dr. Reed, being an idiot, actually scooped a spoonful of ice cream and fed it to the lady next door, making her want to bang her head on the table.
"Sure enough, I guessed right. Isn't this Adam!"
Hearing Susan's description, Wanda was now 100% sure that the person Susan was talking about was Adam.
Always engrossed in his own affairs – wasn't Adam exactly like that, wishing he could Training twenty-four hours a day? Slow to emotions – so many girls liked him, but he didn't react.
Most importantly, he never understood her feelings, let alone romance. He didn't even notice her makeup this morning, which took so long to apply.

We should all find the other half that suits us, instead of always being bound by the past."
At this moment, Susan suddenly understood.
