Once upon a time, there was a man.
No—
He wasn't a man... He was a king.
The one who rose up at the end of the road was the king who ended time itself and proclaimed himself lord of all.
He is Ohma Zio.
The one who rose above all others.
The one who snatched away the existence of the heroes of their worlds and turned them into monuments to his greatness.
He who rejected the new era.
Such was the demon king Ohma, and such he would always be..
.
.
.
.
But something changed..
.
.
.
.
.
Behind the king there was a man, a man who dreamed from a very young age of being a king, and if no one had intervened, his destiny would have been to become Ohma. That man was Tokiwa Sougo, the Rider of Time.
.
So what changed?
.
The one destined to become a monster saw his future and the countless tragedies and misfortunes he would bring to the whole world and those who lived in it. But he refused. He would change the future. If he was destined to be king, then he would become a kind and just king.
Ohma was not upset, much less displeased with the decision his younger self had made. He found this change amusing and therefore allowed it, even sending his most loyal servant to guide his younger self on the path to his future reign.
.
.
But again, something happened.

But again, something happened.
Something that even Ohma himself, in his greatness, could not foresee.
For in his great ego, he never considered the possibility that Sougo would sacrifice his power as Ohma Zio to restore all the worlds that were erased due to the king's great ambition. This was achieved by returning the power of the Kamen Riders that the king had taken from their respective owners on their respective dates.
Sougo sacrificed his dream and power for the greater good, just as all his predecessors had done.
And restoring the world to the way it was before meant only one thing:
Ohma Zio, the demon king, would never exist, and his existence as a future being would be erased from existence.
But
Was it meant to be this way?
If young Sougo had found redemption and salvation for himself, then what was stopping old Sougo from doing the same, in his own way, of course?
Year 2068
We find ourselves in what one might recognize as a desert wasteland where it was impossible for life to grow again.
In the center of it all was a structure covered in rust and dust, which seemed as if it would crumble at the slightest touch. For Ohma, the irony was clear.
Speaking of the devil
Ohma Zio sat on this throne staring into nothingness. Nothingness was undoubtedly the best way to describe his future. He was a king of nothing, and very soon he would be just like his supposed kingdom: nothing.
He could feel it. Although slow, the change in the timeline was constant. In a couple of seconds, minutes, or hours, it would reach him and finally erase him from existence. This was his end.
He had lost. His younger self had achieved what even the resistance had been unable to do in years, all because of a variable he had never considered, and if he had the chance, he would never take it.
Give up his dream?
Never! He was the one destined to be King of everything and everyone.
Give up his power?
The power was rightfully his! He was the embodiment of the Heisei era, the power of all those who bore the title of Rider in that era was only part of his collection..
.
.
.
But what was the point of it all? Very soon, his entire being would cease to exist. He had nothing left here.
Nothing in this world.
But...
Lifting his head toward the orange sky, Ohma came to a resolution.
"Something is happening, my lord." Suddenly, a man with a large scarf and a large book appeared behind the throne. This black-haired man was Woz, Ohma's deer who accompanied the young Sougo to defeat those who tried to alter history, the Time Jackers.
Woz had greatly changed his perspective on things after meeting and fighting alongside the younger version of his lord. In theory, he would no longer have to serve Ohma because he would soon disappear, but his calendar had shown him something interesting, something that might cause the demon king himself to change. And as his loyal subject, Woz had to be there to witness what decision his king would make.
"Woz!" exclaimed the king, turning to his subject, not caring why he was there. "I will go far away from here, farther than anyone could go," said Ohma, looking up at the sky. "Despite my actions and my imminent end, I have decided to deny it." exclaimed the king as he rose from his throne. "I deny my end," he said, raising his arm toward the sun. "The worlds are erasing my existence. They reject me."
Woz just watched as a gray wall formed in front of his king. Aware of the decision his king had made, he could only smile at what was about to happen. The decision had undoubtedly shown that even someone like the tyrant Ohma Zio could learn.
He watched as his king lowered his arm and turned to look directly at him. Despite only being able to see the red visor of his helmet, he could see beyond what was shown. "Tell me, Woz," Ohma said as he extended his arm toward his subject, an action he would never have done before. It was one of the first steps on the new path the king had decided to walk.
"Will you accompany me on this new journey?"
One question
One simple question that would change the fate and history of a fragmented world
A world that was long ago abandoned by its gods
And that would now be claimed by an absolute King
"Yes, my lord," said Woz as he took his king's gloved hand. "Let me be your prophet again in your new reign."
Finally, they both crossed over, leaving behind a world that was beginning to crumble upon itself, just like the throne that represented the reign of a tyrant.
