Yubashi wakes up gasping as he breaths heavily, a spec of sweat dripping from his forehead
"Look who decided to make up. How are you feeling dear?"
The mysterious slime lady asks him warmly as he looks around the area, unlike his gaze falls on Ren. "I am glad your ok, it was so worried about you...it all happened unexpectedly but your ok."
"T-the dark energy.....the slime! Where is it?!"
The slime lady and Ren look at each other in confusion, clearly not understanding what he was talking about. Ren taps her head in thought until her eyes widen in realization concerning Yubashi's question.
"Oh! I get it! he talked about a weird kind of energy he felt when we were moving through the forest from Lumien city. What was it you said about it? Cold or something? Ugh sorry Yubashi i don't remember that much.
Yubashi gets up to his feet while brushing some dirt off himself. "Its alright Ren, but your right. I felt some kind of abnormal energy, and it felt cold...afraid...intense....it made my body ache.. and it came from.....uh....
Yubashi looks around eagerly in search of the source of the energy. "I-i swear i could feel it...it was coming from the caged slime held by two sketchy people in black robes.
The slime lady's eyes widen as her slime strands of hair twitch aggressively at the mention of the caged slime and sketchy figures in black robes.
"The Tumidashi.....
while she murmurs to herself as the slime that was caged hops to them excitedly until it rests itself on Yubashi"s head. "I guess thats the slime your referring to but i don't see anything odd about it.
Yubashi looks up at the slime on top of him as it falls asleep peacefully for any sign of odd behaviour but unfortunately couldn't
"Impossible.....i swear i felt the energy coming from the slime but its energy now is basically ordinary. What exactly was that mysterious energy i felt earlier?

Along the forest area situated by lumien city, a cough could be heard as an ice barrier slowly collapses, pieces of ice falling to the ground, revealing the dark elf assassin.
"D-damn...what was that just now? The barrier i created barely managed to protect from the sudden explosion but....but....
Her arms keep dangling as she tries to move them but nothing happens. "D-damn i...i cant move my arms for some reason...h-how about i try...."
She tries moving her legs but nothing happens. " My legs too? I cant believe it....i am paralyzed! H-hey old lady can you help m...."
She looks around but couldn't find the old woman she was accompanying, until she hears a weak wicked-like snicker from the path ahead.
"After all these years i finally found you. Its a pity that your still in this state but don't worry....grandma will restore to your former self but...."
The old woman glares at an orb filled with black to purplish visible energy mischievously, until she diverts her glance at the two collapsed Tumidashi members.
"Still knocked out by that kid ehh and you call yourselves members of the Tumidashi. Dont worry ill lend you some help but in exchange you give my nephew here some of your mana.
As the female Tumidashi member gains consciousness, her eyes widens in fear as she glances at the old woman as the orb glows brightly.

Yubashi meditates to focus on finding the source of the energy that was once emitted by the slime that was caged, as the slime lady and Ren look at him in as in interest.
" Thats odd....i cant seem to sense the energy for some reason. This has never happened to me, and my body feels very light.....what happened to me?
The slime lady sighs as she hears Yubashi. "I was afraid that this could happen. I transferred some of my slime into a your body to block the critical electric flow inside your body to prevent your heart from dying out.
She gives Yubashi a warm motherly smile as she explains to him. "I guess i should give you my thanks uh.....
" You can all call me slime mother dear as iam the mother of all these slimes around you, but it wouldn't make me a little sad to not exchange introductions eh?
"Slime mother.....nice have met you, iam Yubashi and she is Ren." He gives the slime mother a quick smile as he introduces himself and Ren, while Ren waves her hand at her.
"Oh and i am not the only one who deserves your thanks dear, the young lady named Ren brought managed to bring you to me, so you should thank her.
"Oh n-no its not me you should thank the little slime resting on your head should be the one to thank. I couldn't do anything...pathetic huh?
Ren chucks nervously as she looks away. Yubashi frowns worryingly as she notices Ren's expression. He approaches and pats her head gently as he gives her a slight smile.
"Thank you Ren."
Ren flusters a bit as she smiles widely back at him. The slime resting on Yubashi's make a little pout, which catches his attention.

Suddenly the ground beneath them start to shake violently, causing some debris to fall off some rocks under them. Some slimes spiral out of control due to the ground suddenly shaking.
" Again? Odd it happened three times.
The slime lady murmurs as she looks up worryingly. Some deep groans can barely be heard below as she sighs
"Looks like the orcs took notice of it but it seems like they are facing against something out there.
"Orcs?
Yubashi asks the slime mother as she nods to his question. "Yes the cave below is inhabited by orcs but don't mind them as i wouldn't be here if it wasn't because of them. It would be risky to try to intervene with whats happening out there. There is a safer place but........
"But what?"
Yubashi and Ren as the slime mother in unison as the shaking suddenly stops.
" Its raided by the Tumidashi.....
