Chapter 6 - Chapter 5: Izumi Uchiha

His objective was clear- Mikoto Uchiha, mother of the two protagonists and wife of Fugaku Uchiha.

Hiashi didn't deny having a twisted sense of satisfaction. The thrill of turning the mothers of his two main targets into his personal sex slaves was an allure he couldn't resist.

But his choice of Mikoto wasn't solely driven by that perverse satisfaction.

The more compelling reason, however, was that Mikoto was undoubtedly the most exceptional woman among the Uchiha Clan at that time.

Though in later storylines, opening the Sharingan seemed to become trivial, with the Mangekyo Sharingan even mass-produced by Uchiha Shin, in this era, three-tomoe Sharingan represented the pinnacle of power within the Uchiha Clan.

Only the elite of the elite could awaken three-tomoe Sharingan, and their numbers were exceedingly rare.

Women who achieved this were even rarer, so rare they could be counted on one hand.

Mikoto possessed three-tomoe Sharingan and wielded the strength of an absolute Jonin.

In her youth, Mikoto was also one of the most outstanding ninja in the Uchiha Clan; otherwise, she wouldn't have become the Clan Head's wife. Unfortunately, after marriage, she focused on supporting her husband and raising her children, gradually fading from public view.

This alone proved Mikoto's exceptional talent and the purity of her bloodline.

And this was exactly the kind of woman Hiashi needed.

Moreover, if he remembered correctly, Mikoto and Kushina were close friends, practically sisters.

The mere thought of the two of them lying together on the same bed, like twin blossoms, being wantonly violated by him, sent a thrill through Hiashi.

But just then, his Byakugan detected a strange chakra fluctuation, startling him.

"This..."

Hiashi followed the direction of the chakra fluctuation.

"What is that?"

Outside the Konoha Military Police headquarters, over a dozen Uchiha Garrison members, all with activated Sharingan, were besieging Obito.

The weakest among them possessed a one-tomoe Sharingan, granting them at least Genin-level strength. Two even wielded three-tomoe Sharingan, placing them at the Jonin rank.

Yet now, they stood helpless as lambs awaiting slaughter, utterly powerless to resist as Obito slaughtered them indiscriminately.

Among this group was a young girl who appeared remarkably small, barely reaching Hiashi's waist. Having only recently become a Genin, her face still held a childlike innocence. She wore a purple outer robe, her beautiful long black hair cascading down her back, and a Konoha forehead protector adorned her forehead.

Her eyes widened in horror as she trembled, witnessing her clan members fall one by one, their blood staining the earth crimson.

Under this overwhelming trauma, her once single-tomoe Sharingan began to transform slowly. Chakra surged within her as two additional pairs of tomoe gradually materialized in her eyes.

Obito, of course, didn't miss this spectacle.

Having already eliminated all the troublesome opponents, he observed the scene with genuine astonishment.

"Oh, what splendid eyes..." he remarked.

His praise was sincere.

After all, this little girl looked barely eleven or twelve, yet she had already awakened three Tomoe. Such prodigious talent was exceedingly rare in the entire history of the Uchiha Clan, worthy of his praise.

"It's just a pity..."

At that moment, Izumi Uchiha remained unaware of the transformation in her eyes. When she saw the murderer who had slaughtered countless members of her clan turn to look at her, she instinctively grabbed a kunai and hurled it at Obito.

As expected, it proved utterly useless. The kunai passed through Obito's body without causing any harm, while Obito's chains lashed out to bind Izumi.

"Ah..."

With a cry of pain, Obito violently flung Izumi to the ground at his feet.

Izumi was now consumed by terror. She had never imagined she could defeat this terrifying enemy. As a newly promoted Genin, how could she possibly overcome someone the clan's Jonin couldn't even defeat?

Facing her impending death, Izumi could only despair inwardly.

"Itachi, save me..."

But her desperate plea brought no miracle. A cold katana pierced her body from behind.

...

"It hurts..."

The endless pain blurred her consciousness. Her body felt icy cold, and the world around her plunged into complete darkness.

Time seemed to stand still.

After an indeterminate amount of time, a sudden light pierced the darkness.

The light grew brighter, accompanied by a warmth like that of the sun.

Instinctively, she followed the light, and then...

Before her eyes, she saw the same night sky hung with the bright moon, the familiar Garrison building, and the bodies of her kin lying on the ground, soaked in blood, lifeless.

"Ah..."

In an instant, her mind cleared, and all memories flooded back.

The agonizing pain of the blade piercing her body before death remained vivid in her mind.

She sprang to her feet, scanning her surroundings.

The killer was nowhere to be seen.

Confused, she glanced down at her body.

"Wasn't I killed?"

A gaping hole in her abdomen, clearly the mark of a blade, proved that the previous scenes were no dream.

The clothes around her were stained crimson with blood, yet strangely, beneath the bloodstained fabric, her smooth, flat abdomen showed no wound.

Just as she was bewildered, unsure why she had died and then returned to life, a gentle voice spoke in the darkness.

"It seems you're awake now!"

Izumi startled, her delicate face twisting with fear. Instinctively, she drew a kunai and hurled it toward the source of the voice.

The kunai vanished into the darkness without a trace. Instead, a dark figure emerged from the shadows, twirling the thrown weapon in his hand, and spoke-

"Uchiha girl, is this how you treat your savior?"

"My savior?"

Izumi suddenly realized what had happened, her face a mix of surprise and wariness. "You saved me?"

"What else would I have done?" Hiashi retorted.

Izumi felt utterly bewildered.

So much had happened tonight, each event inconceivable to a young girl who had only recently become a Genin. Even her own death at the hands of someone else.

"Damn..."

As she recalled being killed, she suddenly realized she couldn't waste any more time here. She needed to inform her clan, and the person she needed to contact was clear.

"No, I have to tell Itachi immediately."

In her clan, there was only one person she could truly trust- Itachi.

But just as she was about to leave and find Itachi to tell him everything that had happened...

She noticed the man who had saved her, the one in the pitch-black robes and mask that concealed even his eyes, was watching her.

Only then did she remember she hadn't even thanked him.

Though she didn't know who this stranger was or why he had saved her, there was no time to think about it. Too much had already happened today.

"Thank you for saving me. I'll remember this kindness, but I have to hurry and contact Itachi."

With that, she bowed in gratitude and turned to leave.

But just then, the shadowy figure spoke.

"There's no need."
