Chapter 23 - Andy.

BLAM BLAM.

The bullets stopped.

Andreas looked at them floating a meter from his chest, and as the bullets fell, he looked at the two bald men still in the posture of having fired and sighed through his nose.

They lifted off the ground and met the wall on their left with enough force to make them groan.

" Can I ask you guys something. Where am I? Im kinda lost."

Neither of them answered.

Andreas looked at them with a blank expression for a moment. He thought argh.

He looked down at their feet.

One of the boots ceased to be a boot.

The man's scream bounced off the stone walls at length. What was left where his foot had been hit the floor in pieces — leather and other things mixed together in a way Andreas found disgusting.

He looked back up with a disgusted expression.

"Look," he said. "I really don't like doing this, and I'm not in the mood. Just answer me and save all of ourselves some trouble." He increased the pressure against the wall slightly as he said it.

The other man gritted his teeth. Held it for a moment. Then, through the locked jaw, he said, "This is the asement of the Prence family's mansion."

"Hmm?"

Andreas released the force entirely.

"Thanks," he said. "And sorry about your foot. I didn't mean to use that much force. "

He turned back to the metal door. He looked at it. He clenched his fist, and there was a loud dense thud that came from somewhere that wasn't quite sound, and the door lurched almost entirely off its hinges.

He opened it and quickly closed it.

He stood with his hand still on the handle and a disgusted expression that took a moment to fully arrive on his face.

"Sorry," he said quietly to whatever was behind it.

He walked past the guards and found a ladder and climbed up into a hallway of jail cells, and kept walking. He noticed that he was beginning to trust his new sense and thought to himself, observation haki or maybe I should call spatial awareness to make it unique... yeah, spatial awareness is really cool.

The stairs ended at what had been a metal wall.

Andreas looked at it briefly, and it came apart inward into an office with Andreas's invisible force.

The bookshelf that had made the metal wall blocking Andreas was destroyed. Books were everywhere. A blue haired man and Vance were sitting on the floor among the wreckage, looking up at him with confusion.

Andreas looked at them.

They started to get up.

He waved his hand loosely, the way you wave at someone across a street, and they went down like their strings had been cut.

Breathing, eyes closed, and expressions settling into something peaceful.

Andreas stepped over a book and kept moving.

A soldier came through the door ahead and saw him and pulled in a breath to shout.

"Intruder!!"

Andreas walked toward him.

The soldier swung and was pushed back a step by an invisible wall he registered the impact with mild displeasure, and leaped back to create distance and find his footing and then didn't find anything at all and went down and didn't get up.

Andreas walked past him.

The hallway beyond had maids and guards, and he walked through it, and they fell as he passed, one after another, quietly, like a wave going out. None of them made much sound about it. None of them had time to.

He kept walking.

The sounds came from ahead — metal on metal, something that cracked like displaced air, something else that didn't have a clean category.

Andreas opened the door.

Kihoko was fighting four people at once with the focused expression of someone who found this annoying rather than difficult. The first was a man with braids wearing the kind of clothing that had made several strong decisions about color and committed to all of them simultaneously. The second was a figure in knight armor whose dimensions gave Andreas no useful information about what gender the person was. The third and fourth were a blue haired man and a short muscular man, both wielding swords that were large enough to raise practicality questions about the people holding them.

In the far corner, Naxys, Dang, Dongmei, and Anat were watching.

Andreas looked at the room.

Everything stopped.

Everyone in the room lifted slightly awasere pulled to the center, suspended, straining against nothing. Kihoko, the armored figure, the braided man, the blue haired man, the short muscular man, all of them frozen mid-motion, expressions shifting from combat to confusion to effort that produced nothing.

Andreas stood in the doorway and looked down at all of them.

Naxys stood up easily, and Dang stood up easily. The braided man tilted his head with what appeared to be genuine curiosity and also stood up.

"Are you Aldric," the braided man said.

Naxys looked at Andreas and said, "Hi."

Dang also said, "Hi."

Andreas did not return either greeting. He looked at Kihoko. Then at Anat. He removed the force from all of them and let them find their feet.

"What are you doing here?" he asked.

Kihoko straightened immediately and said, "I'm here to sa..." she paused, " help you, Mister Wagner. I didn't know Marcel would be so stupid as to actually teleport you to that thing."

Andreas looked at Naxys.

Naxys nodded. "It's true."

Andreas looked at Dang.

Dang just returned her gaze.

Andreas stood quietly for a moment. He looked at the braided man who was still waiting on his question with his head tilted.

"So who are you 4?"

"Isn't it polite to give you name before asking that sought of question?" The man in bold clothes asked.

"I'm not in the mood for politeness, so answered or die."

"Damn man, that soo edgy. If you want to fight, we can fight, and I'll show you it feels to be folded like laundry.

"Hmmm kihoko, who are these people?"

"The edgy man is Andrew katlego Thompson... and"

"What? Andy... i mean Andrew?"

"Hold on hold on Andreas?"

Andreas smiled and answered," Yeah! So you got isekaid too?"

"Hell yeah I did its been a few years. I thought I'd never see you again."

Damn that long I've only been here for a few days." Andreas said as the dabed each other.

"Really what happened to you to be so corny."
