It was similar to a first-clear reward.
A one-time benefit.
Unless, of course, he became the first person to destroy a Medium Calamity in the future and obtained an even greater first-clear reward.
The other reward existed because of Noah's extraordinary performance.
After all, he had destroyed a Small Calamity while only being a Fifth-Order expert.
