"Correct. Its root is the Netherworld. But the Netherworld was not originally the Netherworld. It was we, and many similar Realms, who used it as a source of Corruption, drawing power from it to create a self-sustaining cycle. That is how it came to be called the Netherworld," the Mother of Dusk explained.
