Ts my life rn

So my school year is finally over ima reach 11th grade in like 3 months but then i realized what will i do in college or university you know the problem is my gpa is kinda cooked rn i mean at the last exams in 10th grade i kinda bumped it up to 3.0 11th and 12th grade will bump it up even more but i realized kinda the most i could get rn is like 3.5 or 3.6 i mean its not bad but its not the best and i wanna get into a great school outside of my country but the good thing is my biggest strenght in my cv is my extracullicilars im great at chess and i will probaly reach fide master status at the end of 12th grade and i got some city championships in a sport with my highschool but the bad part is i just learned many universities outside of america dont give a shift about extracullicilars so im kinda i little bit distraught rn i mean maybe i can get to sat and get a little bit high score maybe 1400 like its possible but like going to china or hungary was kind of a dream for me you know i mean i like u.s. universities to but the problem with those is the tuition cost like dude im not gonna pay you an arm and a leg just for you to make me have a better job expectation and student loans would probaly f up my next 5 years after that so im just sitting and thinking yo what am i gonna do man like apart from my gpa other things i got on is really great almost every school outside of us dont even look at those so what even is the point of those i got 8.0 in ielts so maybe that could help me to but genuinely idk what to do
