Chapter 21 - Chapter 21 – Heimerdinger Is Too Strong, The Coach Is Too Stupid

The late‑arriving Lee Sin could only watch as three TES players shoved the wave under the turret, completely unable to do anything to defend.

There was no choice—he was alone. On top of that, TES rotated turret aggro perfectly, their HP bars still healthy, and they had two stuns available. If he dared to go in with a kick, he would only end up back in the fountain.

All he could do was silently wait under the tower for the wave to crash and last‑hit what he could.

"Wait… wait for level six!" Hope said through clenched teeth while staring at his gray screen. His expression was ugly.

The situation was painfully awkward. Thinking back to what he'd said before the game, he wanted nothing more than to slap himself twice.

He'd claimed they would crush lane—only to get crushed instead. You really shouldn't plant flags before the game…

Still, he wasn't completely convinced.

TES had pulled out a dirty trick. No one ever plays Heimerdinger support, so losing like this was understandable.

Now that he understood how absurd Heimer's turret damage was, he knew you absolutely couldn't fight him early. Unless you picked something designed for early aggression—like Lucian and Braum—there was no way you'd survive lane.

Annoyed or not, the reality was clear: JackeyLove already had two kills. There was no way Hope could lane anymore. He *had* to call for jungle help.

Zeri was a Tier‑1 ADC in the current meta. Once she scaled, the damage would be terrifying.

As long as TES grouped and played around Zeri, winning the game would be easy.

Kai'Sa was strong too—but her development was already lagging behind.

Kanavi understood this as well. Seeing the bot lane's request, he could only nod.

Help the strong, not the weak—but when a teammate asks, you can't just ignore it.

Besides, this was only a scrim.

Hope placed his hopes on level six. Once they hit six, Rakan engaging with Lee Sin *had* to be able to blow up the enemy bot lane.

If they could get even one kill, the lane would stabilize.

Reality proved he was thinking too optimistically.

A few exchanges later, they were shoved straight under the tower again.

Their HP bars were nearly empty.

Heimerdinger set up a turret formation, followed by an E grenade—stunning Kai'Sa in place once more.

Kai'Sa was already on the brink of death. And then came the follow‑up: turret lasers plus a perfectly chained W.

JackeyLove seized the moment, dashed in with E, and finished her with a basic attack.

**Killing Spree!**

Zeri now had three kills.

JD Gaming finally realized something was very wrong.

Four deaths in five minutes—bot lane was completely blown open. Forget level six; even *reaching* level six was now questionable.

Kanavi did manage to seize an opportunity top lane, diving with 369 and successfully killing Irelia, clawing some ground back.

After all, top lane was king. A two‑kill Kennen was still scarier than a three‑kill Zeri.

As for what Heimerdinger could do in teamfights… Kanavi planned to rely on the top‑lane advantage and move for Rift Herald.

TL: A Rift Herald is a big monster that when you kill it, it creates an Eye. This Eye is like a battering ram in a siege, helps players break through towers.

But halfway through, Viego arrived—with a freshly level‑six Heimerdinger in tow.

At first Kanavi didn't want to give it up.

Then Heimer placed his turrets.

Then an E grenade barely clipped Lee Sin, instantly triggering triple charged laser blasts and deleting over half his HP.

Only then did Kanavi realize how serious the situation was.

The damage was absurd.

Looking closer, Heimer already had **Lost Chapter** and a **Fiendish Codex**.

No wonder it hurt this much.

This wasn't a support anymore—this was a mid laner.

With no choice, they abandoned the Herald.

TES secured it, immediately rotated to dragon, and JDG couldn't even contest.

JDG could only give up the bot tower.

At this point, the game was basically over.

But the timer was only nine minutes. Surrendering now would be humiliating.

And the other lanes hadn't fully collapsed—top lane might even still be winning.

They could wait for ultimates and try one last teamfight.

After bot tower fell, Lin Fan didn't recall. Instead, he moved with Tian toward mid.

They cut through the jungle into river.

Seeing Corki still mid told them JDG had no vision there.

Knight pushed up without hesitation.

Yagao instantly sensed danger.

He turned—Heimer and Viego were already flanking from the side. There was no escape route.

He used W preemptively, holding flash, trying to bait something.

Viego began charging W.

Yagao juked left, then right.

Lin Fan showed no hesitation—he simply tossed the grenade.

*Boom.*

At the same instant, Yagao flashed.

But the moment he appeared—

The grenade landed directly on his head.

Corki was stunned in place and ate the full combo.

His flash had been perfectly predicted.

With both mobility tools gone, death was inevitable.

The kill went to Viktor's ultimate.

Clean. Efficient. Brutal.

Everything—from bot lane to mid—was built off Heimerdinger's perfectly placed E grenades.

Yagao exhaled slowly.

This Heimerdinger was seriously something else.

He'd been baiting skillshots on purpose, planning to flash the instant one came out.

But Heimer had *waited* for that moment.

One precise prediction grenade turned all that movement into a joke.

At thirteen minutes, JDG typed GG in all‑chat.

Both sides exited the game.

Scrim three—over.

"Dine's Heimerdinger is insane. This one was unwinnable."

"Yeah, no chance. His E accuracy is ridiculous."

"You think that's bad? I flashed and still got stunned by prediction."

"If we play TES and their support is Dine, ban Heimerdinger. This is crazy."

Hope joined in immediately.

"Heimer is genuinely oppressive. Laning against that felt awful."

"Black‑tech support?"

"But Heimer support has clear weaknesses," Missing added. "Turrets auto‑push waves. We just misjudged his damage. If we wait for levels and punish later, he's very killable."

The JDG coach nodded.

That analysis was reasonable.

First‑time matchup issues.

But TES was unbelievably stupid.

Heimer support should be a surprise weapon—yet they revealed it in scrims?

No wonder Luo Sheng lacked coaching experience.

And meanwhile…

Luo Sheng stared at Lin Fan with an extremely complicated expression.
