Boom!
The cluster bomb exploded.
The surging sea of fire instantly engulfed the officer and Ku'gath.
When the flames subsided, the officer was already pulverized.
Ku'gath, however, was still alive, though his obese body was even more tattered.
"The Emperor's minions are truly annoying," Ku'gath grumbled unhappily.
Tenjiro and the other Players looked at the Great Unclean One, feeling a faint sense of despair.
"It can't be killed even like this! These things from the Warp really don't follow any scientific principles, do they?!"
"Nurgle's health bar is terrifyingly high!"
"I apologize for mocking the Imperium before; these monstrous beings are too hard to kill."
Alex climbed up and used the skill "Light of the Emperor" to restore himself to peak condition.
Looking at the charred wreckage of the Leman Russ Tanks, he knew they had died to buy him time.
"Your heroic souls shall return to the Golden Throne."
After praying for the dead, Alex charged at Ku'gath once more.
Ku'gath swung his greatsword, intending to cleave Alex in two.
Alex dodged to the side, letting the attack miss, then rushed to Ku'gath's side, seizing the opportunity to draw his Holy Judgement Blade.
"How foolish; you cannot be my opponent."
The greatsword in Ku'gath's hand swung in a semicircle, forcing Alex back.
Boom!!
On the other side of the Hive City, another earth-shattering explosion rang out.
"Target destroyed, mission accomplished."
Blood Pigeon's voice sounded in the communicator.
The second altar was destroyed, and the Warp Storm's scale became smaller.
Some demons, unable to maintain their forms, exploded into thin air, forced back into the Warp.
"Destroy the last altar at all costs! Without the altars as anchor points, these demons won't be able to stay in Holy Terra (Earth/Reality)."
Tenjiro shouted, directing the Players and Imperial soldiers to attack the altar.
Without the Warp's support, the demons were exceptionally weak.
They all shattered under the Imperial loyalists' fierce firepower.
The tide of battle turned.
"The situation has become very unfavorable, but I should still be able to take you with me."
Ku'gath realized its defeat was imminent.
But it still hoped to take Alex, offering him to Father Nurgle.
Ku'gath attacked Alex again.
The rusty greatsword was heavy and powerful, each strike delivered with full force.
Alex continuously dodged, not engaging in a head-on confrontation.
After making the opponent miss again, Alex seized the opportunity to unleash Light of the Emperor.
A bright golden radiance suddenly erupted, causing Ku'gath to shriek and stumble backward.
Alex seized the chance, plunging the Holy Judgement Blade into Ku'gath's body and pouring all his strength into it.
The Great Unclean One's obese and bloated body ignited with brilliant golden flames.
"I will return."
After Ku'gath left this message, its body turned to ash in the flames, and its soul returned to Nurgle's Plague Garden.
"If you return, I won't let you escape like today."
Alex muttered to himself, looking at the ashes of his opponent.
At this moment, a golden light screen appeared.
Congratulations on gaining experience.

Boom!
Not long after Ku'gath fell, the last altar was also destroyed under the Imperial loyalists' saturation attack.
The Warp Storm subsequently subsided, and Holy Terra (Earth/Reality) regained control.
The twisted spatial structures and physical rules were corrected.
The demons could no longer maintain their forms, exploding one after another and returning to the Warp.
Seeing the defeat of Nurgle's demon army, the rebels and Cultists of Rock Hive City also collapsed.
They no longer had the courage to fight, and were relentlessly pursued by the surviving Players and Imperial forces, completely driven out of Rock Hive City.
The Imperium's two-headed eagle banners fluttered throughout the dilapidated Hive City.
Survivors who were fortunate enough not to be corrupted emerged from various corners, cheering and welcoming the Imperial army.
They were ragged, their faces covered with festering wounds and pustules caused by plague infections.
But one thing was fortunate: they had survived and waited for rescue.
The Battle of Rock Hive City was declared a victory.
When the news reached Tirien Hive City, the anxious crowd, awaiting the final outcome, erupted in cheers.
Celebratory parades quickly filled the streets, big and small.
Alex's victory also caused a stir in the Warp, forming an irresistible tidal wave that attracted the attention of the Gods.
A cursed minion capable of fighting a Daemon Prince of Chaos.
The new hope and plan of the Emperor on the Golden Throne.
Nurgle brewed his plague concoction; he did not blame the defeated Ku'gath, but instead began to ponder how to formulate a plague that would make the opponent submit.
In the Hidden Temple, near the depths of the labyrinth, Tzeentch watched the tremors and fluctuations of the threads of fate.
Feeling the change in destiny, it smiled.
It pondered how to weave destiny and drive more changes.
The Prince of Pleasure, indulging in an endless feast of souls, dispatched its most loyal subordinates.
They were to use every method to tempt the opponent into corruption.
And in the Brass Citadel, the Blood God had already issued a divine oracle.
Whoever could hunt The Cursed minion and claim its skull would receive its reward.
The Dependents of the Dark Gods began to act.
They would accumulate power, plot conspiracies, and manipulate the threads of destiny, all to acquire this new prey.
"I've leveled up to 10 and learned two new skills: 'Prophecy' and 'Mind Link.' You can come to me for tarot card readings now."
"The system also told me I can exchange for gene-seed and ascend to Astartes."
Tenjiro's voice was filled with excitement as he received the upgrade notification.
"I also got an upgrade notification, but my skills are just average," Twisted person said.
"Passive skill 'Tenacity' allows me to endure more damage and pain, and also increases my stamina."
"Looks like you have potential to be a stinky tin can," Bald Donkey chimed in.
Twisted person shook his head repeatedly.
"Be a stinky tin can? No way! Just thinking about having to acknowledge Mortarion, that idiot, as my gene-Father Nurgle, makes me feel uncomfortable all over."
"Why not? When you meet Mortarion later," Tenjiro tried his best to imitate a majestic voice, "you can tell him, 'Mortarion, let the true Legion Master come see me.' The scene would definitely be explosive."
Bald Donkey rolled his eyes. "Why didn't you try that in front of Ku'gath just now and tell it to relay it to Mortarion?"
"Mortarion is petty and holds grudges. If Ku'gath goes back and tells him, he might try to chop me up whenever he sees me in the future. Too dangerous."
Twisted person's eyes widened, looking at Tenjiro with disbelief.
"So you're telling me to go commit suicide? Sacrifice your friend, not yourself, huh?"
"What are you afraid of?! Is Death Guard not Death Guard if they don't fight their own gene-Father Nurgle?? You should learn from Typhus."
"Forget it, I'm not going to talk about it. I might not even be compatible with Death Guard!"
"You're definitely a Death Guard gene-seed."
"Why?"
"Just a hunch. You're a good Death Guard gene-seed; the skills you got say it all."
...
After the battle, the Players relaxed and started joking around.
The rewards for defeating the rebels and Nurgle's demon army were very generous.
Not only did they allow many Players to level up, but they also gained a substantial amount of Faith Points.
"I've estimated it, and it seems I have enough Faith Points. When I return to the Imperial Glory, I'll ascend. Please, please, don't let me be compatible with a stinky tin can gene-seed."
Twisted person wasn't worried initially, but after Bald Donkey said that, he started to feel a bad premonition.
"If there's such a thing as compatibility, wouldn't I be a Thousand Sons for sure?" Tenjiro scratched his head. "I was so busy talking about you, my own situation isn't much better!!"
"Just thinking about that one-eyed Ogryn, I'm afraid my intelligence will drop if I implant a Thousand Sons gene-seed."
"Maybe it's Grey Knights. Grey Knights are also big psychics," Bald Donkey comforted.
...
While Tenjiro and the others discussed the gene-seeds of various legions.
The Players who had gone offline due to sacrifice were also chatting animatedly in the Warhammer group.
