This is my very first novel, so before you dive in, here's a quick heads-up about what you're getting into.
I know how reading habits work. Some of you won't even finish the first chapter. Some will read two or three and then decide whether to stay or drop it. Totally fair. You're here for entertainment, and you get to choose what deserves your time.
Keeping that in mind, I want to be honest. I didn't make the first 3, 5, or even 10 chapters super grand, mind-blowing, next-level just to hook you and then slow everything down later. That's not my style.
The pace of this novel is midânot too fast, not painfully slow. Instead of info-dumping, I let our female lead live through things. You'll learn as she learns, remember things with her, and slowly connect the dots. Don't worry, it's not detective-level hard đ
The story follows Celine, who suddenly gets transferred to another world and wakes up in the body of an elf princess named Cyrina. From there, things spiral beautifully.
This novel focuses heavily on kingdom-building, culture, history, geography, and different races. And yes, I mean all of themâhumans, elves, dwarves, spirits, beastfolk, cat people, centaurs, mermaids, dragons, and more chaos waiting in line.
Things take time, but they're meant to be fun. Our FL is sarcastic, a menace to nobles, stubborn, manipulative when needed, and a pure politician at heart.
Now the important question.
Is there romance?
Absolutely. I live for romance. There's a LOT of it. Not just for the FL and ML, but for side characters too.
But Celine's romance doesn't start instantly. I don't like love-at-first-sight just because the ML is handsome, cold, or brooding in a corner. Their bond grows slowly, naturally, and meaningfully.
I'm not sorry for not rushing it.
But when it does happen? You're getting romance in bulk. Promise.
And yes⊠ahem⊠some 18+ moments too.
