"Did anyone talked to hosh after last night?" Haechan asked to jungwoo, renjun and seungkwan who were at preparing for tonight's party at taeyong's home by using the spare key Taeyong gave them.
"Who would have dared?" Seungkwan replied filling the air in the ballons with jungwoo's help earning a soft hum from haechan who looked behind him toward renjun who was busy mixing the ingredients for cookies and cake.
"And what about winwin hyung?" Seungkwan asked looking at both haechan and renjun earning a huff from haechan.
"He somehow remembered what he said last night and now he don't want to talk to any of us as he is too ashamed for what happened so he is at home taking rest"
"It's so awkward. We are preparing for a party yet we don't even have enough strength to have a smile on our face" Jungwoo said once again looking at each and everyone of them sharing a smiliar tiresome look.
"I am more worried about how will be even manage to look all cheerful and bubbly tonight while having both Hoshi and Winwin standing under the same roof? The more I try to not to think of it the more I get reminded of it by seeing you all" Seungkwan said looking distressed and put aside the work he was doing before lying on the ground he was sitting a minute ago earning sighs from haechan and jungwoo meanwhile renjun was just doing his work without responding to anything and seeing how the Chinese male is all too silent was enough to make the other males more worried.
"Are you really not going to say anything injunie?" Haechan asked using renjun's nickname with a hope that renjun will react as the Chinese make don't like a bit of this nickname but his reaction was normal, stopping for a moment and heaving a small sigh renjun looked up at each three of them with a poker look on.
"I have waited for this party from a long time so I want to do my best as much as possible in order to make this celebration memorable. First because it's taeyong hyung's birthday and i want him to have lots of fun and good memories and second it's the last celebration I am being the part of so I want no troubles tonight." Renjun said and went back to his work leaving the other three males to share an apologetic looks with each other realising why they are here for and what do they actually need to do.
"Move your asses quickly or else we won't be done with our work till night" haechan said try sounding exicted making jungwoo and seungkwan hurry sat up straight and start finishing their assigned task while looking toward renjun who was having a small smile plastered on his face while being focused with his work.
"Woah Boys!" Everyone looked up to hear a unexpected familar voice looking up at each other in surprise before turning around to see someone they weren't expecting here to come so quickly and by now a real wide smile crack on their faces seeing joshua.
"Shua hyung!" Exclaiming in happiness at the same time, all the boys drop whatever they were doing and run to shua to pull him into a big tight hug causing the American male to stumble back a little by such strong force while laughing loudly at the younger males reaction.
"I thought you said will be here by evening?" Renjun said first moving away and pulling haechan and seungkwan away with him to let joshua compose his balance.
"I wanted to surprise you guys that's why I lied about my arrival" joshua told making all them give him a dissapointed look.
"And don't tell anyone else of it I would give them a surprise later" joshua said earning a nod from everyone before he went further inside the house to see the place was a mess right now cause of the party props scattered here and there.
"If Tae see his place in such state you guys are sure to get banned from coming at his house" joshua joked earning complaints from the boys.
"Well good then you are here now help us" Jungwoo said making joshua drop his smile causing other to have a proud smirk on their faces.
"But I just arrived"
"So what?"
"You should have think about it before stepping inside here now you gotta help us first and take a rest later" haechan said supporting seungkwan's statement causing joshua to look at each and every one of them with a look of disbelief before surrendering himself and helping the males with their work but lucky for him his friends are not that merciless as they let joshua have a rest for few hours before giving him tasks and having joshua here made all them forget about what they were worried about.

"The cookies taste good, you are indeed getting good with your cooking skills renjun-ah" Mingyu complimented the Chinese male who had asked for Mingyu's review on his baking.
"Indeed they are awesome. Lucky that we arrive first then others or else we would not get to eat the sweet delight" Ten said sitting besides Mingyu enjoying the cookies while looking around to see joshua, dk, seungkwan and Vernon were sitting on an another corner chit-chatting with each other while enjoying their drinks.
"Where is Hoshi? He is the one who usually arrives first at parties" Ten asked Renjun and Mingyu causing Renjun's smile to almost drop before he managed to cover it and Mingyu just shrugged.
"He will come late as one of the group is going to make their comeback this month he is most probably busy with the dance rehearsals" Renjun answered earning a look of agreement from both the older male's.
"And where is sicheng?" Ten asked once again making renjun a bit tensed but he didn't showed it but acted normal.
"Haechan and winwin ge will come in a while as haechan is asking for his help in choosing what to wear" renjun lied smoothly as he can't tell them that winwin refused to join the party and Haechan and junwoo both are trying to convince him to come otherwise taeyong won't like it a bit.
"Then for sure it would take them long to come" Mingyu said earning a chuckle from ten before they looked up to see jeonghan and youngjae making their way together while joking about something, deciding to join them ten and Mingyu went away causing renjun to heave out a sigh of relief before he texted jungwoo about what's going on with winwin and the Korean male replied almost instantly that winwin agreed resulting renjun to smile brightly.
"God please don't let anything ruin the evening"

"Oh! Hoshi-yah!" Hoshi who was about to enter inside the building saw Taeyong coming at his way looking confused.
"I thought you'll already be up there" taeyong said pointing toward his birthday party which has been started without Taeyong himself, seeing how confused Taeyong look hoshi sighed before giving him an apologetic smile.
"Just got busy with Rehearsals. Btw you are yourself coming so late for your own birthday celebration" Hoshi teased walking side by side with Taeyong heading toward the elevator and luckily they didn't had to wait for long and the elevator came down.
"Was busy dealing with customers" taeyong said earning a hum from hoshi "What is your wish for your Birthday?" Hoshi asked to which taeyong smiled.
"That my friends always remain by my side" taeyong said causing hoshi to go soft letting a small pout form on his lips before engulfing taeyong in a warm tight hug.
"Happy Birthday." Hoshi wished genuinely causing taeyong to smile warmly before they both let go of the hug and smiled at each other wholesomely.
"Are you ok?" Asking at the same time both hoshi and taeyong cracked a smile before taeyong replied first with a small nod.
"I am, I finally paid the final payment to one of the Moneylender today and now I am a bit relieved" taeyong told hoshi who smiled at his friend proudly.
"What about you? Are you ok?" Taeyong asked making hoshi confused as why taeyong is asking that question.
"I am why?"
"I don't know but I just feel like you are not. If there is anything troubling you tell me, I'll try my best to help." Taeyong said determined and that's why hoshi don't want to tell him anything as he don't want taeyong to forget enjoying his day and get worried over him. If it wasn't taeyong's birthday hoshi without any single doubt and delay had told taeyong everything as bearing all of this by himself is being too much for hoshi.
"You are really acting like my mom now. Don't worry everything is fine it's just I'm a bit tired by dance practice that's why you are thinking too much just let me took a shower and get changed then you will see the usual me" Hoshi said smiling widely causing taeyong to smile back before the elevator door opened and taeyong left first leaving hoshi to gather up his thoughts and put them away for tonight he can't risk being any more obvious.
