Chapter 7 - CHAPTER 6 - HYUVZEY/ADRION

I'm so excited by the news that I don't even realize that the morning has already passed.

I didn't do much! I just made a point, thinking about what to put on - failing to do so - and what we could do.

"I'll ask for advice later on how to dress, and maybe I've figured out where we could go" I reflect, smiling involuntarily. I am awakened from my thoughts by my mom's screams.

<>

<> I scream back at her. With a small sigh, I get out of bed and head for the open-plan kitchen. I still go there overthinking and, because of that, I bump into my older sister.

She snorts annoyed and I think she wanted to scold me, but when she saw my goofy expression, she shuts her mouth.

<> she asks, intrigued. I look down because, even though our heights are almost equivalent, I'm slightly taller than she is. I'm about to answer her, but our father interrupts us.

<> he informs us.

We nod and sit at the mahogany wood table at the same time. I look warmly at my family: my sister Keatrin, who has long, wavy, orange-red hair down to her mid-back and dark green eyes; my mother Olyviah with a black bob and dark green eyes; my father David with curly hair-he can never keep it tidy as it is voluminous-and purple eyes.

During the meal, I noticed that they were looking at me with a certain curiosity, and this gave me an amused smile.

<> I ask sarcastically, knowing their answer already.

<> my mom gave the answer I thought. The other two nodded in accordance with his words. I swallowed the last bite and put my chin in my hands, staring at them with an amused glint.

<> I inform them with feigned seriousness because I still have a smile.

<> asks my dad.

<> my sister excitedly exclaims. The only one who doesn't speak a word is my mom, who is waiting for me to finish speaking.

"Yes, I'm going out with Adrion this afternoon!" I said. At this news, they looked at me with immense joy.

<> my sister asks again ironically. I nod with a grin that goes from ear to ear.

<> my father exclaims, looking at me seriously.

<> I say, chuckling amusedly, and the two housewomen follow me closely. My father David indulged in a smile and looked at my mother Olyviah with infinite love.

<> I whisper, sighing heartbrokenly. Others stop making noise and look at me in amazement.

<> my father says with a well-known smirk. I nod with a little blush on my cheeks.

<> my mom asks me with concern.

<> I reply with a little hesitation. They are watching me and urging me to move forward. <> I continue, giggling nervously. My father sighs, my sister gives me a mischievous smile, and my mom shakes her head, amused.

<> my sister exclaims. This sentence makes me sneer maliciously.

<>

<> my mom says with a sweet smile. I nod affirmatively and stand up, but I feel the notification of Adrion's chat. I pull my phone out of my pocket and read his message.

- Hyuvzey... -

It's the first message, and then I get another.

- You don't need to think about anything! I've already organized everything myself 😉 -

A small smile escapes me, and my excitement increases.

<> I murmur. My expressions are carefully observed by others and, in the end, an explicit question. <> I explain to them. "I can't wait to see what we're going to do!" I think excitedly.

I remember having to ask for help choosing clothes. I turn around and look at my sister.

<> I express with a hint of hesitation, begging her with my eyes.

"I'm going to help you this time, dear little brother!" she grins back. She gets up and joins me. "Do you already know what to wear?" she asks me as we go to my room.

<> I reply, blushing a little on my cheeks.

<> she exclaims, widening her grin.

-

I sat at the table with my family after informing them of my afternoon engagement. They were watching me with interest, but I proposed that we postpone the debate until the end of lunch. I am convinced that, once the meal is over, they will have several questions to ask me.

We talk about a few things - how the work is going, if there are new songs planned and other news - and at the end of lunch they start with their questions. We talk about a few things - how the work is going, if there are new songs planned, and other news - and at the end of lunch, they start with their questions.

'What are you going to do?'; 'Where are you going?'; 'With whom?'; 'Have you already decided what to wear?'; 'Will you be late?'

They talk over each other, not letting me know what they're saying. "All this confusion gave me a bit of a headache" I think, grimacing.

<> I scream when I realize they won't stop so quickly. <> I beg them. They nod with an amused smile.

<> my mother exclaims. <> she asks me with an intrigued look. In response, I say yes; I had already decided on them half an hour after the messages I exchanged with Hyuvzey.

<> from her tone, it is clear that it's more an order than an exclamation.

<> my sister asks with a touch of malice.

<> I exclaim, giving an involuntary smile. The members of my family are watching me consciously, exchanging glances of understanding.

<> my father asks me curiously.

<> I proudly list. They nod with approval. <> I say, getting up from the table and signaling Polly to accompany me.

She does so willingly, and before arriving at her destination, I send Hyuvzey a message informing him that I will schedule everything. We arrive and open the door, showing her the clothes I put on the bed in the morning. My mom looks at them critically for a few moments and then makes a sound of approval.

<> she says, giving me a kiss on the forehead. I smile sweetly at her and, after she closes the door, I book the restaurant. "I hope that this appointment goes well and that there are no unforeseen events" I reflect.
