ENDING NOTE
And just like that, the journey ends.
Riva spent centuries trying to control the future because she was afraid of losing the people she loved. She created worlds, fought darkness, carried impossible powers, and made mistakes she could never erase.
But in the end, she learned that love was never about controlling someone's path.
It was about giving them the freedom to choose it.
Elara became the proof of that lesson.
She was never meant to replace Riva. She was never meant to carry the weight of an entire universe. She was simply meant to live—to make her own choices, make her own mistakes, love, lose, grow, and discover who she truly was.
Nyra, too, found something she had never believed she could have: a life of her own.
And Riva finally understood that not every story needs to be controlled until the last page.
Some stories are beautiful precisely because we don't know what comes next.
So this is not really goodbye.
The Gates may be closed.
The Crowns may be gone.
The old kingdoms may have become legends.
But the people who lived through them continue to exist in the choices they left behind.
Because every ending creates space for another beginning.
And somewhere beyond the last Gate...
another story is waiting to be written.
Thank you for walking through every Gate with Riva, Elara, Nyra, and the rest of the characters.
Until the next story. ❤️
