Chapter 43 - chapter 41

News spread fast in Asgard.

Not the truth—but enough of it.

Prince Alexander Ashborn Odinson had returned.

And more importantly—

He had broken through to Sub–Heavenly Father.

That alone was enough to shake the palace.

Unexpected Visitors

The doors to Alexander's palace wing opened quietly.

Three women stepped inside.

Amora of the Enchantress.

Lorelei.

Lady Sif.

They had felt it too.

Not the full truth—but the presence.

"…So it really is him," Sif said quietly, her hand resting on her sword hilt out of habit.

Amora's emerald eyes gleamed with excitement.

"Sub–Heavenly Father at his age," she murmured. "Ridiculous… and wonderful."

Lorelei smiled softly. "He's grown."

They moved further inside—

And stopped.

Because Alexander was not alone.

The Women Around the Youngest Prince

Standing within the hall were women of overwhelming presence.

Not loud.

Not aggressive.

But undeniable.

Retsu Unohana stood calmly, smiling gently.

Morgan le Fay leaned against a pillar, arcane power curling lazily around her.

Scáthach watched silently, red eyes sharp and assessing.

Saber Alter stood with regal composure, arms crossed.

Grayfia Lucifuge observed everything with demonic elegance.

Jeanne d'Arc Alter scoffed lightly, crimson eyes burning with quiet possessiveness.

And floating beside Alexander—

Ciel.

Radiant, graceful, impossibly beautiful.

Amora, Lorelei, and Sif froze.

"…Wow," Lorelei whispered before she could stop herself.

Amora laughed softly. "So that's how it is."

Sif straightened immediately, warrior instinct flaring—not hostility, but respect.

"These women…" Sif said carefully. "They're not ordinary companions."

Alexander noticed them and turned.

"Oh—Amora. Lorelei. Sif."

He smiled naturally.

"I'm glad you came."

That smile hit all three of them like a weapon.

Greetings and Understanding

Amora stepped forward first, unfazed.

"I see you've gathered quite the… company," she said with a teasing smile.

Morgan raised a brow.

Scáthach's gaze sharpened.

Jeanne clicked her tongue.

Ciel tilted her head, analyzing.

Retsu Unohana, however, smiled kindly.

"You must be friends of Alexander," she said warmly.

Sif nodded, relieved by the lack of hostility.

"Yes. We are."

Introductions followed—simple, direct.

And quickly, something became clear.

These women weren't rivals fighting blindly.

They understood.

Amora noticed the way they looked at Alexander.

Lorelei felt the subtle emotional bonds.

Sif recognized devotion when she saw it.

"…So," Amora said slowly, smiling wider, "you all care for him."

Grayfia replied calmly, "He is our lord."

Jeanne scoffed. "And our idiot."

Alexander sighed. "Hey."

Scáthach spoke next, blunt as ever.

"We know what we feel," she said. "And we do not reject others who feel the same—if they are worthy."

Silence.

Then Amora laughed.

"Oh, I like you."

Lorelei smiled softly.

Sif nodded once, firmly.

"We won't interfere," Sif said. "But one day… we will confess properly."

Alexander froze.

"…Confess what?"

Everyone ignored him.

Ciel observed calmly.

"Noted," she said. "Future emotional variables acknowledged."

Alexander felt a headache coming.

Thor and Loki Find Out

Elsewhere in the palace—

"What do you mean Sub–Heavenly Father?!"

Thor stared at the messenger like he'd just been struck by lightning.

"That's what the court announced," the warrior said nervously.

Thor turned slowly.

"…That's not fair."

Loki, standing beside him, was quiet.

Too quiet.

"Sub–Heavenly Father," Loki murmured. "And they're hiding something."

Thor crossed his arms. "I bet he's even stronger."

Loki smirked.

"Oh, absolutely."

Thor grinned suddenly.

"My little brother is amazing!"

Loki sighed.

"…This is exactly why they didn't tell us everything."

Quiet Resolve

Back in Alexander's palace wing, the atmosphere was… peaceful.

Not tense.

Not hostile.

Just filled with possibility.

Amora glanced at Lorelei and Sif.

"We'll take our time," she said confidently.

Lorelei nodded. "He's worth waiting for."

Sif placed a hand over her heart.

"When the time is right."

Alexander watched them leave, confused.

"…Did something just happen?"

Retsu Unohana smiled gently.

Morgan chuckled.

Jeanne shook her head.

Scáthach spoke plainly.

"Your life will be noisy."

Alexander sighed.

"…I just wanted to come home."

Ciel floated closer.

"Master," she said serenely, "your return has already altered multiple emotional trajectories."

Alexander groaned.

"I knew I should've stayed in the empty dimension."

And Asgard—

quietly prepared for chaos.
