Veil opened his room door and got a a bag of holding it is a nice tool that carries items however his can only carry around 10 items he put some clothes and his nodachi in he got a backpack and put all his other clothes in before heading to bed the capital may not be far but it will still take at least 3 hours and he may need to leave in the morning what puzzled veil is that one of his shirts was missing
veil grabbed his backpack and went to go to breakfast he sat next to xavier who he speaks to put isn't best of friends with but there both champions so neither one would betray the other and it is a casual meal and is it now wrong to try to get closer over a casual meal before they leave for break if veil remembered correctly its called hellfire break it's basically this worlds summer break

veil and xavier both ordered their respective meals and even had a friendly race to see who could finish their food first surprisingly xavier won veil however was a bit mad at his loss that he ordered a bunch of new food and still got destroyed bye xavier and eventually veil ended it because he got minor food poisoning much to xavier's amusement safe to say this event brought them closer together
eventually veil grabbed his backpack and headed to the front gate where the king arrived shortly after a bit surprised as he was just about to get someone to fetch veil but bringing him along was part of plan as the wealth would be transported to towa but new family crest design and one of their families treasures from royal vault he was going to use these treasures to entice veil into joining him
veil hopped into carriage with king alfred and his two daughters who had pretty ok personalities
