072 Ayanami: Online!
Los Angeles, FBI headquarters.
Marcus retrieved Ayanami's mainframe from the FBI's server room, powered it on, and connected it to the server. As Ayanami booted up, he put on a wireless earpiece.
A few seconds later, a cool female voice came through the headset. "Hello, Mr. Foster, Ayanami is officially online."
Marcus smiled.
Ayanami's intelligence was extremely high, and now that it was officially online, Marcus would receive corresponding assistance.
Marcus never liked to put all his eggs in one basket!
Although Marcus hoped the FBI and DOJ would withstand the pressure and begin their investigation of the DoD, what if they couldn't withstand the pressure?
Should they just sit and wait to die?
Marcus wasn't the type to sit and wait to die!
"Ayanami, you now begin scanning the network, then conceal yourself, try not to be discovered, and at the same time attempt to infiltrate global social networks and various websites," Marcus instructed.
"Acknowledged," the cool female voice replied.
"Report to me immediately if there's any emergency," Marcus instructed again.
"Roger," came the brief, cool female voice.
Marcus had created this personality matrix for Ayanami, naturally referencing an anime character with the same name.
Marcus left a Terminator T-800 in the server room as security to protect Ayanami's mainframe, and then left himself.
...
"Hey, boss, over here!" Allen called out.
Marcus walked towards Allen, who led him to Conference Room One.
Inside Conference Room One, Colin spoke first. "Boss, D.C. headquarters has agreed to our request; they're applying to DOJ."
Marcus nodded, indicating he heard.
Allen chimed in, "That guy Don really... really..."
Marcus fell silent.
Harold said sadly, "I still remember Christmas 1999. Don invited us to his house for a party, and we talked a lot."
Colin looked at Marcus and asked, "Boss, the Terminator T-1000 doesn't have the ability to read memories, right? Is it possible that they're keeping Don alive to extract more information?"
Marcus calmly replied, "We should abandon our illusions and face reality. Don hasn't returned for almost twenty months. What do you think the probability is that he's still alive?"
Colin fell silent.
Just as Marcus said, abandoning illusions and facing reality, the probability of Don still being alive was very low.
"Boss, what if we can't investigate DoD?" Harold changed the subject.
Allen and Colin also looked at Marcus.
In fact, the probability of this "what if" was very high!
"If we can't investigate DoD, then we have to do it our own way." Marcus responded. "We have no way out now. If we admit defeat, Skynet will win, and humanity will face its end."
Allen asked, "What is our own way?"
"You'll find out in a moment." Marcus's lips curled up.
Marcus preferred to control his own destiny, including when dealing with the System. He mostly relied on the System for assistance rather than depending on it entirely.
"I need to borrow your computer," Marcus said to Colin.
Colin readily agreed.
About half an hour later, Marcus finished writing an article and then contacted Ayanami via wireless earpiece.
"Ayanami, is the current network reconnaissance complete?" Marcus asked.
"Completed. What are your instructions, Mr. Foster?" Ayanami asked in return.
"Connect to the computer in front of me and publish the article 'The End of the World is Coming' globally, including various websites, social media platforms, and various internet-connected services," Marcus instructed.
"Given that this operation violates federal law, please grant super authorization, Mr. Foster," Ayanami requested.
Marcus granted authorization without hesitation.
"Authorization approved, executing the command..." Ayanami reported back.
...
A little after 5 PM.
New York, Manhattan, a coffee shop. Cordova was browsing the news.
Cordova is the technical director of NeoPus Technologies, a computer software development company primarily focused on industrial robotics.
Due to rising labor costs, the demand for industrial robots is increasing, and NeoPus Technologies is thriving.
Cordova enjoys relaxing in a café every afternoon by reading the news before heading home.
But today, Cordova is anything but relaxed.
He's seen some terrible news!
...
"The End of the World is Coming!"
Is the end of the world far off?
Perhaps most people think it's just a legend!
But is it really?
Below are top-secret documents from the FBI's Los Angeles field office in 1984, including images and videos.

If you live in Los Angeles, if you're old enough, and if your memory is good enough, you should remember the large-scale operation conducted by the FBI Los Angeles Field Office and the LAPD near Mount Neuville.
More than twenty years have passed, and now we're revealing what happened back then.
In the distant future, the artificial intelligence system Skynet dispatched the combat robot Terminator T-800 to travel back to 1984 via time displacement equipment to kill the mother of the future leader of the human resistance.
Some may think this is fiction, but whether it's fiction or not, please judge for yourself.
Turn the page.
Below are top secret documents from the FBI Los Angeles Field Office in 1994, also including images and videos, as above. The only difference is that this time the Terminator has been upgraded to the [Terminator T-1000] model, an extremely dangerous liquid metal robot.
[Terminator T-1000 Related Images and Videos]
After watching the Terminator T-1000 video materials, does anyone still doubt that the Terminator T-1000 is technology currently achievable by humanity?
The end of the world is not far away; it's just being kept from public knowledge by those in power.
Time turns the page again, and today, [Skynet] strikes once more.
No!
To be precise, Skynet already struck again back in 1997, but this time Skynet cleverly went underground. It sent a Terminator T-800, choosing not to confront the FBI's Los Angeles office head-on, but instead walking into the hands of the DoD.
The DoD foolishly fell for it. They thought that by capturing the Terminator T-800, they could reverse-engineer it, but little did they know it was a Skynet trap.
Skynet wants to enter the present from the future, and it has now established itself in the present using the Terminator T-800. It is now hidden within the DoD's One Star Project!
When the DoD was hacked before, didn't those hackers discover the One Star Project?
Will DoD dare to publicly disclose Project One Star?
Will DoD dare to accept FBI scrutiny?
Or rather, how many members of DoD are truly human, and not simply replaced by the Terminator T-1000?
