Bzzrt explained many things to Midas about ingredients that could help one become stronger.
"Firstly, there are naturally occurring ingredients that contain a high amount of mana. On Star Island, I'm afraid eloqi fruit would be the only ingredient containing mana. And the amount they contain is meager." Bzzrt continued explaining.
"Next, you can get mana from the cores of living beings as well. This includes human beings. However, a core is not a naturally occurring source of mana and has been fortified. It requires a precise technique to obtain the mana from within beast cores. Some natural ingredients also have these preventative measures, but most don't."
