"THE LETTER"
OPENING SCENE
Morning.
The Axis is awake.
Merchants open their shops.
Children run through the streets.
For the first time in years...
peace feels normal.
Inside their home...
Aeryx is asleep on the couch.
A book rests on his chest.
A blanket covers him.
Ilya stands nearby holding a cup of tea.
She smiles.
"...You said you were only resting your eyes."
Aeryx opens one eye.
"...I was."
"You fell asleep."
"I was resting very efficiently."
Ilya laughs.
The sound fills the room.
For a moment...
everything feels perfect.

SCENE 1 — RAVEN'S EMERGENCY
The front door bursts open.
Raven storms inside.
"I'm starving."
Aeryx doesn't even look up.
"You ate here yesterday."
"I know."
"And the day before."
"I know."
"And the day before that."
Raven points at him.
"Your food tastes better."
Ilya sighs.
"We really need a lock."
SCENE 2 — THE DELIVERY
Headquarters.
Kael is reviewing reports.
A worker enters carrying a dusty metal box.
"Sir."
"We found this while clearing old archive ruins."
Kael raises an eyebrow.
"Archives?"
The worker nods.
"Most records were destroyed."
"But this survived."
Kael opens the box.
Inside...
old documents.
Ancient records.
And one sealed envelope.
His expression changes.
Written on the front are words faded by time.
To the House of Solarin.
Kael freezes.
Because he knows that name.
SCENE 3 — THE LETTER
Later.
Aeryx, Ilya, Raven, and Kael sit around a table.
The envelope rests in the center.
Untouched.
Aeryx stares at it.
"...Solarin."
Kael nods.
"Your family name."
Silence.
Aeryx slowly reaches forward.
The seal breaks.
Inside is a letter.
Old.
Fragile.
Written decades ago.
His hands tremble slightly.
He begins reading.
"If this letter reaches our descendants..."
"...then our fears were justified."
The room becomes silent.
"The Light Village has fallen."
"The other villages are scattered."
"The secret must never be found."
Aeryx's eyes narrow.
Secret?
"What we protect must remain sealed."
"Even if our family dies protecting it."
The letter ends abruptly.
As if the writer never had time to finish.
Then one final line.
Written in different ink.
Added later.
Aeryx's face goes pale.
"...No."
Ilya immediately notices.
"What is it?"
Aeryx whispers the words.
"If anything happens..."
"...take Mira and run."
Silence.
Complete silence.
SCENE 4 — QUESTIONS
Nobody speaks for several seconds.
Raven looks confused.
"Mira?"
Aeryx stares at the paper.
His voice is barely audible.
"...My sister."
The room becomes still.
Kael slowly looks at the letter.
Then at Aeryx.
"This changes everything."
Aeryx doesn't answer.
Because one thought keeps repeating.
Take Mira and run.
Why?
SCENE 5 — NIGHT
Later.
The house is quiet.
Rain falls outside.
Aeryx stands near the window holding the letter.
Lost in thought.
Ilya quietly walks over.
She doesn't ask about the letter.
She doesn't ask about Mira.
She simply stands beside him.
After a while...
Aeryx speaks.
"...I thought I knew everything about that night."
Ilya gently takes his hand.
"...Maybe not everything."
Silence.
Then Aeryx looks at her.
"...Thank you."
"For what?"
"For staying."
A small smile appears on her face.
"There was never anywhere else I'd rather be."
For the first time all day...
Aeryx smiles.
Ilya steps closer.
Gently kisses him.
Soft.
Warm.
Comforting.
Not because the future is certain.
But because they're facing it together.
She rests her forehead against his.
"Whatever comes next..."
"...we'll face it."
Together.
Aeryx nods.
"...Together."
The rain continues outside.
The lights inside the house slowly go out.
The bedroom door closes.
The camera remains outside.
Looking up toward the night sky.
Toward the stars.
Toward the future.
SCENE 6 — FINAL SHOT
Back in headquarters.
The letter remains on the table.
A single page still hidden beneath the others.
Nobody noticed it.
Nobody read it.
The wind moves it slightly.
Just enough for one sentence to become visible.
"The girl survived."
