Chapter 14 - You Are Not Allowed to Look

In the open air, high above the clouds, Ni Ni Layan soared, gliding over lands and cities with her blue fiery wings that overflowed with majesty and dignity.

His body... held by chains and restraints. She was flying in her original form across the sky while Morse was bound tightly to prevent him from causing harm to himself. Initially, she thought the pill's effect would only last a few hours, but Morse's madness extended into the second day, and his obsession with self-harm only intensified.

He began asking her to strike him, to torture him... he even begged her to pour all of her flames upon him. Ni Ni Layan grew more distressed as the guilt in her heart mounted. For the first time in an age, she felt true bewilderment. Thus, using all her strength, she managed to tie Morse down and fully restrain him.

When morning dawned, before doing anything else, she decided to find the vendor who sold her the pills. Surely, he had an antidote. After an exhausting search, she finally found him sprawled on the floor of a tavern, dead drunk.

When she asked him if he had an antidote for the "Pain Love" pill, he let out his provocative laugh, opening his mouth which reeked of foul alcohol.

"Heh... hehe... antidote? You say an antidote? I don't know... but how about searching this old man's trousers? You'll find something much tastier than an antidote."

His eyes were filled with lust as he stared at her. She immediately understood his implication. Watching his lecherous gaze, she was instantly reminded of the lustful nature of all men, and she felt a surge of rage—furious that this scoundrel on her back (Morse) acted in the exact opposite manner.

Right then, she began teaching this old man a lesson he would never forget, along with everyone in the tavern who tried to defend him. All of this while Morse, bound to her back, watched the entire scene unfold.

When Ni Ni Layan finished "disciplining" the tavern in a very peaceful manner, she began torturing the old man.

"I have no antidote, I swear to you! Immortal Lady, forgive this sinner... I beg of you!" He began to wail and whimpering like a dog, slamming his head against the ground as he knelt, pleading for mercy.

"If you want to keep your head where it is, I want to know where I can cure him."

The old man grew even more anxious. He spoke with extreme nervousness, drenched in sweat, unable to form a complete sentence.

"Immortal Lady... I swear to you, I am not... I am not a medical expert."

Ni Ni Layan was already raising her sword to finish him off since he was useless now.

"But... but Immortal Lady! I know the location of a second-grade healer. She is the best at getting rid of the effects of the 'Pain Love' pills!"

Ni Ni Layan returned the sword—which originally belonged to Morse—to the spatial ring.

"You'd best not waste my time."

The old man swallowed hard, trembling beneath Ni Ni Layan's mercy. "East of Dongu City... ask for Healer Chu. A lady known as Old Chu Mingli. She is a virtuous woman specializing in spiritual healing methods."

"Good dog."

Ni Ni Layan struck the old man once more and confiscated every bit of money he possessed. He had only a few bronze pieces; he was dirt poor.

Before leaving, Ni Ni Layan sold Morse's spiritual sword, some of his books, and even a few of his jewels—simply because they, too, were impoverished. She also purchased a map to know where to head next. Then, in the forest, she transformed into her original form: the soaring Phoenix, which now reached the outskirts of Dongu City's walls.

Ni Ni Layan flew so swiftly that she spent only a single hour in the air before finally arriving. When she reached the city gates among the merchants and travelers, she used her stealth technique. She and Morse, still on her back, landed without a soul noticing.

She had entered the city—Dongu City.

"Excuse me... where can I find Healer Chu?" she asked a street vendor, who directed her on her way.

As she walked on foot, her strange appearance—carrying Morse on her back—began to draw the attention of the people around them. But she ignored them, moving forward until she reached a clinic or a house where dozens of people stood in long queues.

Looking at Morse's condition, Ni Ni Layan sighed and resorted to her magical solution. She immediately unleashed her crushing aura upon the place, terrifying the common folk who looked at her, their knees weakening under the weight of her presence.

They all fled the scene in terror. Even after she entered the clinic, her aura drove out everyone present.

The old woman was shocked when she stepped out to find her clinic deserted. Standing in the center was a girl of unparalleled beauty, carrying a shackled man on her back.

"You are Healer Chu, correct? I heard you can treat the effects of 'Pain Love' pills."

The old woman nodded in fear. What could have brought this cultivator, with such a dignified and overwhelming aura, to her? Surely, she is a disciple of one of the Great Sects, she thought. But why was she here? Had they suspected that she used demonic techniques in her healing? She cursed inwardly, wondering who had told this cultivator about her location.

"Welcome, Immortal Lady. You are in the right place. This old woman is ready to assist you."

Cultivators were arrogant people; one had to deal with them with extreme caution.

"The one with me has taken a 'Pain Love' pill by mistake. How can he be treated?"

Old Chu's suspicions were confirmed in her mind. Surely, these members of the 'Righteous Sects' are trying to discover if I truly deal in demonic arts or not. Scoundrels! For some reason, she harbored a deep grudge and wanted revenge. And now, she would take her revenge in a humiliating way.

"This old woman possesses healing techniques like no other. You will surely be satisfied with the result. It will take an hour at most."

Mrs. Chu retreated into her room, a wicked smile creeping across her face. She was about to take revenge in her own way... she would teach these sect followers never to drive away her customers again.

Within five minutes, the old woman allowed them into the room to begin the treatment. Ni Ni Layan placed Morse on the medical bed. She sighed as she slightly loosened his restraints, giving the healer a threatening look.

"You may begin the treatment."

Old Chu nodded her head.

She began applying the medicines to Morse's body, chanting her healing incantations. Her hands glowed with a warm green light.

After an hour, Ni Ni Layan noticed a change in the pupils of Morse's eyes. Even his burns had vanished. He began to rise, sighing as he rubbed his face, reflecting on the madness he had almost inflicted upon himself. He sat on the edge of the bed, dangling his legs.

Morse didn't even look at Ni Ni Layan; instead, he turned to the healer with gratitude. "Thank you, Madam, for curing me. I know mere thanks aren't enough, but I have endured so much before arriving here."

Morse smiled at her and pulled out one of his mother's precious jewels from his spatial ring. "Look at this necklace; it belonged to my mother. Keep it for now... I will return soon to repay my debt."

Ni Ni Layan was seething. Morse was completely ignoring her, despite the fact that she was the one who had dragged him there.

On the other hand, Madam Chu was gasping inwardly. What cursed mistake have I made? she thought. This boy didn't seem like those arrogant sect disciples; he truly seemed to have suffered. But now... she had made him eunuch-like.

"My son... I cannot lie to you," she stammered, feeling a pang of guilt but fearing for her life. "The treatment I used... has some side effects. Because of this cure, your 'member' will be... useless."

Cratter... smash... A total and complete demolition of Morse's world. The words struck like relentless lightning bolts.

"Wha... what?"

She tried to calm him down.

"Don't worry! It will only be useless for most of the day... except for three times a day, for three minutes each time."

Before the old woman could finish, Ni Ni Layan intervened fiercely.

"How dare you not mention this before starting? You tell us this after the deed is done? This is an unforgivable sin!"

Ni Ni Layan unleashed her ferocious aura, slamming the old woman to the floor. Morse, whose feelings were at their absolute lowest, looked at Ni Ni Layan with resentment. To him, she was the source of every disaster in his life. She's only angry because she can't use my body for Dual Cultivation anymore, he thought. Filthy pragmatist, caring only for herself.

"I am sorry, My Lady, please hear me out!" the healer cried.

Ni Ni Layan realized that killing the woman was useless now. She looked between Morse's legs, her rage intensifying. Would his body truly not obey her beauty? Impossible! She was created to be the most attractive being in the universe!

Ni Ni Layan pushed the old woman aside and stood before the weeping Morse.

"You're crying? Hah! Don't worry... I will 'cure' you."

Suddenly, with utter audacity, Ni Ni Layan dropped the upper part of her robe. She lowered her bodice, exposing her upper body entirely to Morse in a provocative pose.

"Look closely. Behold. This unparalleled body can stop anything, even impotence!"

Morse stared. He looked intently. But he felt... nothing. No spark, no arousal. His "little brother" remained fast asleep. Had he truly become a eunuch?

Ni Ni Layan didn't lose hope. She lowered the silk further, exposing her waist—alluring beyond limits. Still, no movement. "How can this be? Ni Ni Layan, you are lying to me!" Morse cried in disbelief.

As he looked between Ni Ni Layan and Madam Chu in shock, he noticed something bizarre. Something was moving between the old woman's legs—something that shouldn't exist on a woman. She was staring at Ni Ni Layan's body in sheer awe.

That "impossible thing" stirred like a dragon awakening from its slumber, bulging beneath the healer's pants.

"Unbelievable... unbelievable!"

Madam Chu gasped.

"I thought this part of me had died long ago, that I had become a woman completely... but your youthful body has breathed life back into it! How beautiful you are!"

Ni Ni Layan's body had "cured" the old woman—who turned out to be an old man in disguise—while Morse remained unresponsive. A total destruction of all emotions.
