It had dark hallways lined with fire torches going in you could hear the screeching insects when walking in the cave abode going further in we see two people one was a woman holding a sword to the man neck this woman complexion was extremely pale ,she had a nice slender figure that would make any man greedy for her "what did you do to me" she said the young man had his hands in the air as he could not make a move as his life was being threatened he replied saying he did nothing the girl asked of the golden bird , Zhou Yu said he left , yingyi was furious she said " he doesn't leave after humiliating me I'll fight him " just then at the risk of his life he replied " you called me foolish earlier for not knowing my place yet you want to fight someone of superior cultivation, hmmm I guess we all have our days "yingyi was furious after hearing this , so furious she actually tried to strike him but this time he was quick enough to dodge , if this was before the merge he would have definitely been struck , the young lady struck again he dodged , she was shocked this was not the same man she had followed into the forest , something had change, although Zhou Yu was still at the early sea of mind his (essence or magic power)had increased apart from that he originally started with body refinement and he was now peak level 3 almost approaching level 4, although he could not overpower yingyi , dodging her attacks were now easy for him they continued with this motion destroying a large part of the cave abode while fighting, at this time the golden bird was nowhere to be seen as they burst out of the cave Zhou Yu tried to calm the furious yingyi , but it seemed like his words seemed to make her even more mad as she chased something sent flying needles towards yingyi , she noticed immediately out of the three flying needles she blocked two with her sword but the last one struck her ,she landed as he landed her legs seemed to give up on her Zhou Yu seeing this he stopped dropped to the ground to take a look at where the attack came from , it was a demonic best , it looked like a tiger but its skin was was blue nightly blue the flying needles were thorn from its skin, it had the properties of poison , as Zhou Yu landed it lunged at him Zhou yu was faster , he dodged condensed essence on his fist and used a phantom fist to punch the demonic beast farther back , before the demonic beast could get his sense a large phantom foot stepped on it , it was dead this made confirmation for yingyi that this person had changed he could now be called a talented person, she tried to heal the poison in her body as Zhou Yu came down he wanted to help yingyi, but a thought came to him this was the same woman who chopped off his arm and tried to kill him seconds ago , he stopped yingyi said " what is it " zhou Yu said nothing, he left her as he was going jumping through the forest he thought about yingyi and how she was poisoned if another demonic beast comes , she won't be able to escape hell, wanted to go back and help her at the same time this was the woman who humiliated and tried to kill himself several times why should he help her he made his mind not to help her but after going a few distance he turned back , he went back to where she was healing herself only to find her besieged by a bunch of demonic .
