Rin looked back at Shuu without saying anything else. It was a little unnerving for Shuu to wait for Rin to make a decision, and the wait made him play with his hands in nervousness.
Seeing him behave like this made Rin blink, and he finally made a decision about what he wanted to do.
"I… do want to be part of our family… officially. Caelis might not be happy, but I want it."
Aging up had not only improved Rin's vocabulary, but it seemed to have matured him as well. He was speaking well for a child his age, and Shuu felt something inside him easing up once he heard Rin's words.
"You… want that as well? That's good. Then let's go and get you registered first as my ward. We can worry about money later."
