It did not escape Shuu's notice that Sasha had only hinted at Rin being able to get away. Either that was a slip of the tongue (Shuu hoped), or she knew something Shuu did not and believed that he would not be able to escape.
Whatever the reason for that slip of the tongue was, Shuu did not like it, and he wanted to get out of this place as soon as possible.
'I need to start looking for a way back to my world. Kaiden won't be happy that I died. I am not sure if others would be able to handle Kaiden and his anger…'
Shuu shuddered just thinking about what was going on. He did not even want to imagine facing Kaiden's anger, so he decided to throw it all out of his head and focus on the present.
Sasha was lost in her thoughts as well, but she quickly gathered herself and gave Shuu her suggestion for what he should do next.
