Naruto stared up at Tobirama's eyes and said.
"The First Hokage passed down the Will of Fire that connects us all. The Second Hokage passed down the policies and techniques that make us united and strong."
"The Third Hokage persevered through different wars. The Fourth Hokage saved the village. And now, as the Fifth Hokage, it is my duty to make it stronger."
"I will do my job, but I will not give up on us. This is no longer a war between humans. This is a war between Otsutsuki and Humans."
"If Konoha becomes weak again in the future, if the new war starts because of its weakness, then it must persevere again."
"If it doesn't, then it deserves to be destroyed. Just like the Uchiha Clan."
His words left a bitter taste in Tobirama's mouth.
Tobirama knew the destruction of the Uchiha Clan was due to two different parties and even a third party.
But if the Third Hokage had remained strong, if Danzo hadn't gotten so much power in his hands, even if strong Uchiha people had died, the Uchiha would remain.
Why?
Because the Uchiha didn't just represent those people with the Sharingan. It represented every child, every older person, women and men who didn't become ninjas.
But all of that was destroyed because of two people.
Naruto wasn't just trying to blame Danzo for everything, but what's the point of blaming Itachi and Obito?
Both were the same as Danzo.
Naruto understood that the future didn't need to be like the ones he saw in his memories.
It could be better. It was good. The future wasn't bad at all. But it could be better.
What's the point of inheriting those memories if he couldn't make it better?
But better for whom?
For civilians? For other ninja clans? For normal ninjas? For him?
For whom exactly?
Naruto wanted to help the world. He wanted everyone to grow stronger with him. Of course, he would be more selfish for his friends and family.
But that didn't mean he would just exclude others.
Tobirama sighed.
"You are the Hokage. It's your decision."
Naruto nodded his head and spoke.
"If the war does happen, we will show the power of this method. But of course, we can't hand it to others."
"We will ask for compensation. Tailed Beasts, Special Jutsu, and money."
Hearing that, Tobirama's eyes finally lit up.
"That's right! If we are gonna give them something, we must take something from them."
Naruto's lips rose.
Of course, he wouldn't just give out those things for free.
Kurama asked.
"Tailed Beasts are not items. Besides, will they really give so much for this?"
Naruto chuckled and said.
"Kurama, you don't understand. This method can only succeed with a vitality as strong as mine."
"But nobody else, not even other Jinchuriki, can accomplish this. Once they understand this, they will realize that they have no other choice."
"This training method doesn't just improve their upper limit. It also increases their Chakra Reserves."
Kurama nodded.
"You are not wrong."
Tobirama nodded and snorted.
"This potion hasn't even been completed, and you are already talking about its sales. Hold your horses! Let's meet up with this Orochimaru first!"
Naruto rolled his eyes and said.
"Do you think we can just find him so easily? I have sent a clone with Jiraiya. Orochimaru will soon find Granny Tsunade and meet up with her."
"I will be able to find him there."
"Is that so?"
Tobirama nodded his head.

Uchiha Compound;
A tall man with silver hair, wearing glasses, was standing in front of Sasuke.
"Why are you here?"
Sasuke stared at the man with some killing intent as he asked.
After finding out that he was a traitor and a partner of Orochimaru, Sasuke naturally wouldn't hold back.
"Sasuke, are you satisfied with this village? Your companion has already become the Hokage while you are not even a Chunin."
"You should know Itachi was already a Jonin at your age. Can you even get stronger by staying in this village?"
Kabuto asked.
Sasuke's eyes narrowed. He was indeed dissatisfied that he didn't become a Chunin, but after his mother explained the situation to him, he calmed down.
Indeed! He was more emotionally driven and goal-oriented for strength. More importantly, he didn't have much experience with tasks and leadership.
He had to develop these skills before he could become a Chunin.
Besides, he also didn't want others to think that he became a Chunin because his friend was a Hokage.
As for being satisfied with the village, he didn't even care.
Although his family wasn't resurrected completely, they were reincarnated using a jutsu that allowed him to see them again.
That was more than anything he could ask for except strength.
That was still his goal.
"What do you want?"
Sasuke calmed down and asked. Even the name of Itachi didn't break his mind anymore.
Kabuto was quite surprised. He was expecting Sasuke to be violent and angry, but that wasn't happening here.
Especially after he used Itachi's name.
"Of course, I want to invite you to join Lord Orochimaru. He can help you get stronger faster than others."
"Sage Mode like Naruto is not impossible to achieve. Even Mangekyo Sharingan is possible. You should understand you can't grow fast here."
"Enough!"
Sasuke interrupted him and said.
"I am not interested in your offer. Naruto defeated your so-called Lord. I can still get Sage Mode from him when I am ready."
At this moment, Kyubi's Chakra appeared over his body, and so did the Sharingan in his eyes.
"But I am quite interested in keeping you here."
As he said, he rushed toward Kabuto at lightning speed. His speed surprised Kabuto, as his eyes were barely able to keep up.
But he quickly raised his hand, and a layer of Chakra appeared around his hand.
[Chakra Scalpel]
He blocked Sasuke's attack and tried to cut his Chakra Pathway to capture Sasuke, but just as he cut through Kyubi's Chakra, Sasuke's Sharingan spun.
