Chapter 1 - Grandpa Sarutobi Hiruzen! Grandfather Danzo Shimura!

The Naruto World

Konohagakure

Sarutobi Clan Compound

"Oi—my little ancestor!"

"What are you still doing at home?!"

A startled cry rang out.

Only then did the butler realize that Aiden—who should've been at the Ninja Academy—was still lounging around the house.

Faced with the butler's anxious expression, Aiden remained completely unfazed, casually munching on a slice of watermelon, not the least bit hurried.

"Move it, move it. You're too damn loud this early in the morning."

"I'll go if I feel like it. If I don't, I won't."

"Who's gonna stop me?"

Hearing that, the butler could only smile bitterly. He didn't dare say another word.

After all, the young master before him was truly someone who feared neither heaven nor earth—his background alone was enough to terrify people.

The grandson of the current Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen.

The maternal grandson of Konoha's 'Root,' Shimura Danzo.

Who in the village would dare say no to him?

Seeing that it was almost noon dismissal time anyway, the butler could only retreat awkwardly, not daring to provoke Aiden any further.

[Ding! Refused to attend school, treating academy rules as nonexistent]

[Fusion Progress +0.01]

As soon as the butler left, a pleasant notification sounded in Aiden's mind.

Still… gaining only 0.01 fusion progress each time was honestly irritating.

At the end of the day, it was because he was still too young.

If he were older, he'd already be pulling off something outrageous—no way he'd still be scraping together progress point by point like this.

Ten years had already passed since he transmigrated here.

He still remembered vividly—he'd been at home, getting hyped over ninja wars in some random village anime, when he blinked and suddenly found himself in the Naruto world.

And not just anywhere.

He became the grandson of Sarutobi Hiruzen… and Danzo Shimura's only grandchild by blood.

After learning his identity, Aiden had only one thought:

Man, my background is complicated as hell.

But one thing was certain—this made him Konoha's genuine crown prince.

At the very least, within this village, he could do whatever he wanted.

Even better, the cheat he received upon transmigrating was the Homelander Template.

As long as he lived each day like a good-for-nothing spoiled brat, his fusion progress would increase.

[Host: Sarutobi Aiden]

[Age: 10]

[Ninjutsu: None]

[Taijutsu: None]

[Genjutsu: None]

[Bloodline: None]

[Template: Homelander]

[Fusion Progress: 20.99%]

[Unlocked Abilities: Super Defense, Super Strength]

[Next Template: Superman (Man of Steel)]

Looking at his status panel, Aiden couldn't help but sigh.

Ten whole years, and he'd barely fused one-fifth of the template.

That speed was honestly pretty trash.

As for ninjutsu and the like? Completely unnecessary.

With the Homelander Template, Aiden didn't need any of that nonsense.

At least not at this stage of the ninja world—things weren't dangerous enough yet.

And by the time the shinobi world truly descended into chaos, the Superman template would probably be nearly complete anyway.

By then, who would still need jutsu?

The current timeline was Konoha Year 58—the year the Twelve Genin enrolled in the academy.

Originally, Aiden should've been in the same class as Hyuga Neji and the others.

But for the sake of template progress, he'd skipped school year after year, successfully repeating until he landed in Naruto's class.

Right now was also the peak of Sarutobi Hiruzen's control over Konoha.

The only unstable variable in the village was the Uchiha clan—

and next year, even they would be wiped out.

"Yeah… it's about time I stirred things up."

Just as Aiden was pondering what kind of chaos to unleash next—

A small figure suddenly charged toward him at full speed.

"Wahahaha! Brother, prepare to die!"

"Taste the ultimate move I worked so hard to create!"

Seeing Konohamaru leaping through the air, mop in hand, Aiden's face darkened instantly.

Before the mop could come crashing down—

Bang!

Aiden casually threw a punch, smashing it straight into Konohamaru's head.

"Thump!"

With a dull sound, the room fell completely silent.

"Waaahhhh! I'm telling Grandpa!"

Konohamaru, clutching the massive lump on his head, burst into tears and bolted out the door.

Watching him run off to complain, Aiden felt nothing but speechless.

Whether now or back when he watched the anime, there was one thing he could never understand—

How did the Hokage's own grandson end up being ostracized and looked down on by villagers?

Utterly useless.

At that thought, an idea suddenly formed in Aiden's mind.

"Butler! Where the hell did you run off to?!"

"Get some people together. Your young master's heading out!"

Meanwhile, inside the Hokage's office—

Looking at the sobbing Konohamaru, Sarutobi Hiruzen felt a headache coming on.

Between his two grandsons, the unnaturally mature Aiden had always been the one he valued more.

More importantly—

Aiden was also the grandson of his old friend.

With all those factors combined, he was naturally given top priority.

The only problem was… his personality was downright awful.

"Alright, alright. Ebisu, take Konohamaru back first."

"Yes, Hokage-sama!"

Seeing that Hiruzen was already losing patience, Ebisu hurriedly ushered Konohamaru out of the office.

Once the two left, a figure slowly emerged from the shadows.

"Hmph. Crying and whining—what a disgrace."

"Hiruzen, send him to Root. I'll educate him properly."

Hearing Danzo's words, Hiruzen nearly rolled his eyes into the ceiling.

Educate him?

That was his own grandson.

Sending him to Root would mean he wouldn't even know how he died.

"That's enough. The future of the Sarutobi clan will be Aiden's."

"I don't need you constantly reminding me."

"And stop getting ideas about Konohamaru."

Hiruzen snapped irritably.

Having already planted today's needle, Danzo didn't say anything further and turned to leave.

Although the Shimura clan itself was thriving, Danzo's direct line ended with Aiden.

With only this one precious grandson, Danzo naturally treasured him immensely.

After Danzo left, Hiruzen's gaze drifted toward the crystal ball beside him.

Soon, Aiden's figure appeared within it.

Watching the scene reflected inside, Sarutobi Hiruzen paused.

"…Hm?"
