She has indeed didn't bring enough. She brought two extra outfits, with the one she is wearing being another, and the other one was an outfit she thought she would be wearing when going back home. However, now that she was sleeping over, there was no way she would be having dinner wearing what she was wearing right now. What if she loses marks?
Moreover, by letting him bring her an outfit, she would get to see what kind of clothes he likes and see how to buy more of that kind in the future. It was a case of hitting several birds with a single stone. A girl gotta be resourceful.
