Fifty years ago, a shower of meteors descended from the skies.

The moment the two humans charged at them, the beasts decided to retaliate, and almost immediately, the others were forced to act. 


Trish didn't care about the mounting chaos all around her as her eyes were solely fixed on the singular beast before her.


An ice column the size of a puppy burst out with a thunderous bang and bashed into the golem's face with incredible force, causing the creature to slide backward in pain. 


Her eyes burned with restrained fury as the girl landed on the ground smoothly, her hair fluttering a bit in the cold wind of her own making. 


Without hesitation, she rushed at the beast with furious agility, and the monster mirrored her aggression.


 It dashed forward with impressive speed, reaching the girl within mere moments.


Its heavy leg was hauled her way at maximum speed, but with a sharp roll to the side, she avoided the limb which hit the earth with a loud, echoing thud.
