"I will be forced to hunt down every divine being in your sect and kill them. Do you really want your sect not to be able to have any divine beings?" Loki asked with a solemn voice.
In response, Tepid Scholar laughed and said, "It is not as if my sect has a lot of divine beings right now anyway. And I'm also running out of mortals to create more divine beings. So what if you kill all of my divine beings?"
"Is that what you think too?" Loki asked Sword Maestro.
Sword Maestro snorted in response before closing his rift and leaving. He was clearly angry with Loki, but he didn't threaten to break one of the unwritten rules of being a Dao Lord.
Apparently, anger hadn't blinded the Dao Lord of the Sword Maestro Sect. Unfortunately, Tepid Scholar seemed to have lost his mind.
"You lost, Tepid Scholar. Accept it with grace and move on," Loki said, trying to reason with him.
