He had a total of 495 units of commonality from his 23 Supreme Metacs, so there were 36 units left. Unfortunately, the 18th cube needed 54 units of commonality to reinforce it, which meant that he didn't have enough to put the 18th cube to work.
As he watched, he saw that the 459 units of commonality in the 17th cube were being converted into 459 units of divinity without a problem. This put a smile on his face.
However, he also saw that the spark of power was running out of divine crystal at an astonishing rate. Based on his observation, the divine crystals would run out in less than two years.
This made him chuckle and say, "This is a good problem, though."
The divine crystal was supposed to last 100 years for a godhead producing 9 units of divinity. The fact that it couldn't last two years because it was producing too much divinity only made him. Especially since he had a lot of divine crystals to use.
