With the knowledge of rules on his side to encourage him, he set about to work. When he was writing the rules, he didn't point them towards any specific pathway. His main priority was to create something impeccable.
He was like a carver converting a piece of rock into a statue. Instead of trying to make the statue look like someone in particular, he was working on a beautiful faceless statue.
While carving the statue, he gave it two legs, not three, to ensure symmetry and balance. He also ensured that the center of gravity of the statue was positioned well for the statue to keep itself balanced.
He prioritized the balance so that the statue would at least be able to remain standing on its own in the absence of external forces pushing it over. After all, if it couldn't stand on its own, it had no business trying to make an impression on the world.
