A few centimeters away from his skin, the world had become an extension of his body. He felt that he could control it however he wished. Or to be precise, he felt that he could control the law fragments in this space of ten centimeters away from his body.
Since law fragments are the tiny bits of one-dimensional instructions that the world runs, being able to control them meant he could inject his own code and instructions into the world around him.
When he felt this newfound power, his eyes lit up, and he said, "So that's how it is. That's how to convert law fragments from one pathway into another. It is how to make the law fragments of the world enhance my power, not just the law fragments of my Cave Heaven."
If he didn't have a Supreme Metac, the best he could do is let the law fragments in the world enhance his power. This would be suboptimal for most divine beings since only the law fragments of a single pathway can enhance their power.
