He has changed, and so has Fenrir. But the changes to Fenrir are minimal.
The main change that Fenrir has undergone is the strengthening of its abilities, especially the Devouring Ability, which can now devour the entire energy well, not just the Core Metac.
He isn't sure what will happen if he devours an entire energy well, but it is something that he is looking forward to. However, the most important changes appear to have occurred in himself.
He might be partial about it, but he believes that the Mind Palace is the most drastic and most important change that he has undergone after advancing to rank 4. Of course, there are other important changes like the changes to Fenrir.
