Actually, it would be a good thing for Loki if Muni thinks with his butt. This is because Muni would be too stupid to sense the threat and coercion in Slav's words.
But since Muni is very intelligent, he understood what Slav was saying. He also understood what Slav meant when he said that the explosion had destroyed every evidence of who attacked first and how the fight happened. This means that it is up to him to decide how the fight happened.
