Standing before them with a fearless smile, Adela's eyes curved in amusement.
The instant she spoke, the atmosphere turned heavy and oppressive. It was obvious from their expressions that she wasn't welcome.
"Ah? I feel pressured. Did I do anything to warrant such hostility?"
Batting her eyelids pitifully, she pouted her lips.
Hazel remained calm, but her gaze was cold.
"You're aware that all classes are in a situation where harmonious conversations cannot be held. Kindly leave now."
Adela blinked, her coy smile returning.
"Oh, my bad."
She tapped her chin with her fan, then leaned towards Ariel.
"I wouldn't have come if this pretty boy hadn't drawn my attention."
Her statement caught everyone off guard, temporarily dismissing the heavy atmosphere.
'A pretty thoughtful trick.'
Ariel thought, turning to look at her with the best confused expression he could make.
