"The bullet recovered from the wound is confirmed to be from the batch stolen from Thomas Rich's house; the rifling grooves and the alloy type match perfectly. Based on this, we can state with certainty that the person who killed Thomas Rich is the same person who killed this man, or at least they belong to the same organization."
