Jasmine really liked listening to Elvius sing.
The poetry of wandering poets was mostly narrative, telling of distant lands, tragic romances, or great wars.
Elvius could always blend the story and melody very well. His singing voice seemed to have a magic that guided the listener; after hearing it once, the audience felt as if they had also experienced the story described in the poem.
Elvius sang a total of five songs, all of which were poems recorded in the book Jasmine had gifted him.
These poems were mostly written about stories that occurred during the prosperous era of magic, among which one praised the power and majesty of dragons. It was a pity that the Black Dragon was not here, otherwise, upon hearing this poem flattering his kind, he would surely be so happy that he would wag his tail frantically.
