The moment Elder Eagle turned his attention to Pebble, Marcus put his plan into motion.
"Move!"
His two Sea Demon Souls rushed forward, drawing the remaining forty-plus undead sailors away from the boss. At the same time, Marcus raised his bow while his five Royal Sorcerers spread out behind him and began casting.
'First, clear out the trash.'
"Freezing World!"
The area attack exploded across the battlefield. Arrows burst into a storm of icy blue feathers that screamed into the undead horde. Critical hits flashed one after another as slowing effects and other debuffs stacked almost instantly. Even without Blazing Explosive Arrows, Marcus's fully buffed state allowed him to deal damage close to what he had managed earlier.
Combined with the relentless barrage from the five Royal Sorcerers, the undead sailors simply couldn't hold the line. A single coordinated volley was enough.
