And Agramormos and Tibat knew this because the book they bought had that information.
It shocked Agramormos and Tibat when they read that part of the book, and unfortunately for them, the artifact could only increase a Fiend's speed by a major rank.
It could not increase the speed of an Archfiend to that of a Greater Demon.
If it could, then the greed in their hearts would be a raging inferno.
