Chapter 8 - Chapter 8 Star

"…" Of course, the system remained utterly silent, as always.

Lin Feng drew a deep, shuddering breath, blinking repeatedly.

He couldn't believe his eyes—not in a million years would he have expected to see this.

***

Name: Wang Yuyan

Cultivation Base: Tenth Stage of the Body Refining Realm

Strengths: Heavenly Enchantress Physique (sealed)

Weaknesses: Suffers from a monthly outbreak of uncontrollable sensations that sweep through her entire body before ruthlessly gathering at her most precious and problematic location.

The experience is a perfect fusion of agony and pleasure, guaranteeing maximum suffering, maximum embarrassment, and absolutely zero peace of mind.

Lin Feng ignored the normal character status from the system, scrolling through the list of possible cures for Wang Yuyan with a mixture of disbelief and frustration.

Ways to unseal:

1. Someone to consummate and awaken Wang Yuyan's special physique.

2. Erotic massage, starting with the head… (the system included detailed instructions that made Lin Feng's face flush).

3. Inserting a finger to Wang Yuyan's p...

4. Back door intrusion…

.

..

…

The list grew progressively lewder with each entry.

It became so ridiculous that Lin Feng momentarily wanted to throw his hands in the air and shout at the system.

He could not believe that this was considered a legitimate method of "curing" his student.

Shaking his head, he muttered to himself, "This is impossible. Absolutely impossible."

"This can't be. Even though I'm single and… inexperienced, I cannot... I simply cannot take advantage of my student in this way," he exclaimed aloud, pacing in frustration.

"I'm supposed to be a noble and honest teacher! I want to help her for the right reasons, not for the wrong ones."

He paused for a moment, thinking back to his past life.

In that life, he had been also a teacher and he had faced temptation countless times, yet he had always resisted, proud of his integrity.

Female students had tried to seduce him in subtle ways, hoping to gain favor or improve their grades.

But he had never allowed himself to stray.

That sense of pride and moral resolve was just as strong now, even in this bizarre situation.

Lin Feng took a deep breath and calmed himself, determined to find a solution that was both effective and morally acceptable.

He scrolled down the list, ignoring the increasingly lewd suggestions, looking for something that did not compromise his principles.

Hours or at least it felt like hours passed as he meticulously analyzed every option, dismissing one after another.

Some were completely impossible to execute, others were far too immoral, and a few were just ridiculous.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, he found an option that made him nod in cautious relief.

It was something he could do without feeling shame or guilt, a method that would help Wang Yuyan recover without violating his principles or putting her dignity or chastity in danger.

Lin Feng leaned back in his chair, a small smile forming on his lips.

"So this is it," he murmured, feeling a mixture of relief and determination.

"A proper way… a way I can truly help her. No tricks, no shortcuts, no immoral actions. Just a teacher helping his student the right way."

For the first time since opening the system, Lin Feng felt confident—not just in his ability to cure Wang Yuyan, but in his ability to do it while staying true to himself.

Morning came, and Wang Yuyan moved toward Classroom 101 with an unusual lightness in her step.

There was a subtle spring in her movements, as if some invisible weight had been lifted from her shoulders overnight.

Her heart felt steadier, her mind clearer though she did not yet realize how much of this change was thanks to the unexpected arrival of Teacher Lin Feng in her life.

To her, the goal was simple... she needed to be healed, and every other concern faded into the background.

As she walked down the hallway, several teachers turned to look at her with wide, incredulous eyes.

Whispers erupted almost instantly, spreading like wildfire through the staff.

It was clear that the news of her enrolling under Lin Feng had already reached them, and the reactions ranged from shock to barely concealed outrage.

Some of the older, more traditional teachers could hardly contain themselves.

"I can't believe what I'm seeing!" one muttered, shaking their head in disbelief.

"Has the sun risen in the west today?" another hissed, eyebrows raised so high they nearly disappeared into their hairline.

A group of teachers muttered among themselves, their voices laced with irritation.

"We should do something about this! We can't just let that foolish Teacher Lin Feng mislead more students especially not because of his looks!"

"Simple-minded, yet somehow attracting all the attention… it's maddening," a third chimed in, clearly fuming.

Wang Yuyan paid them no mind. Their disapproval and gossip were inconsequential to her.

What mattered was her health, her recovery, and the guidance she had placed her trust in.

Each step toward her classroom felt lighter than the last, the familiar anxiety that had plagued her for years gradually replaced with a quiet determination.

Even as she opened the door to Classroom 101, the whispering continued. Heads turned, eyes followed, and quiet exclamations rippled across the busy halls.

Wang Yuyan stepped into the classroom and immediately noticed that Lin Feng was already there.

He stood quietly at the front, hands clasped behind his back, his posture relaxed yet dignified.

The morning light filtered in through the windows, casting long shadows across the floor and giving the room a strangely solemn air.

"Good morning, Teacher," she greeted respectfully, bowing slightly.

Lin Feng looked up from the board, nodded once in acknowledgment, and gestured for her to take a seat.

Wang Yuyan complied, walking toward one of the desks near the front.

The classroom was spacious, fitted with at least thirty neatly arranged chairs, yet it felt almost hollow with her being the only student present.

The emptiness made her faintly self-conscious, but Lin Feng showed no sign of concern.

He neither sighed nor frowned.

Instead, he carried himself with the same calm professionalism, as though teaching a full class or a single student made no difference to him at all.

Once she was seated, Lin Feng turned fully toward the blackboard.

"Let's begin," he said in an even, unhurried tone.

"I want you to copy what I've written on the board, Yuyan. Write it down carefully, then memorize it. I'll give you ten minutes."

His words were simple, but they carried an authority that made Wang Yuyan instinctively straighten her back.

She nodded and shifted her attention to the board, only then realizing that several lines of text had already been written there.

The characters were neat, balanced, and steady, each stroke precise, as if they had been written without the slightest hesitation.

She read the first line silently.

In the beginning there was chaos, and from chaos arose the myriad Daos. One path gave birth to another, until the eternal Daos laid the foundation of the world…

Her heart skipped slightly.

She continued reading, line by line, her eyes moving slowly as she tried to grasp the meaning behind the words.

The text spoke of heaven and earth, of cycles and balance, of origin and end.

Occasionally, a phrase would resonate with her, sending a faint tremor through her mind, as if she had brushed against something profound.

For a brief moment, she felt as though she almost understood like standing at the edge of a vast ocean and glimpsing its depth.

But the feeling never lasted.

The meaning slipped away just as quickly as it came, leaving behind only fragments of understanding and a vague sense of frustration.

She frowned slightly, biting her lower lip as she picked up her brush and began copying the text onto her paper.

Every stroke required focus.

Every word felt heavier than it looked, as though it carried a hidden weight that pressed against her thoughts.

She tried to think harder, to connect the ideas together, but soon realized that she lacked the wisdom and experience to truly comprehend what was written.

Still, she did not stop.

Even if she could not fully understand it now, she sensed that these words were important—far more important than any ordinary lesson she had taken before.

As she wrote, Lin Feng stood quietly to the side, observing her without interruption.

His gaze was calm and unreadable, as if he were waiting patiently for something unseen to take root.

The classroom remained silent save for the soft scratching of her brush against the paper and the distant sounds of the academy waking up outside.

Ten full minutes passed in silence before Lin Feng finally spoke again.

The classroom had grown so quiet that even the faint scratching of a brush against paper seemed loud.

When the time was up, he turned his gaze toward Wang Yuyan and calmly broke the stillness.

"Done?" he asked, his tone simple and unhurried.

Wang Yuyan did not answer immediately.

Her eyes remained fixed on the paper before her, tracing the lines she had written over and over again as if trying to uncover something hidden between the words.

Only after a few heartbeats did she give a small nod, her focus still completely captured by the text.

"…Yes."

The way she stared at her notes made Lin Feng's lips curve slightly upward.

"Heh…"

A faint smile appeared on his face as he turned toward the board.

With slow, deliberate motions, he began erasing the words he had written earlier, the chalk dust falling softly to the floor.

Each stroke wiped away the visible traces of the lesson, yet the true meaning of those words had already been planted elsewhere.

Just as Lin Feng was about to turn back and instruct Wang Yuyan on what to do next, a voice suddenly came from outside the classroom door.

"Teacher Lin Feng, may I come in?"

The interruption was polite, almost courteous but in the quiet of the room, it sounded like trouble knocking before it even showed its face.
